Interview confirmation
(1) Candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview should submit their signed Confirmation of Participation in the Interview (Annex 3) to the corresponding test center by fax or email (scanned or photo format) before March 27, 2023. The email title is unified as "XXX confirms to participate in the interview of CBRC in 2023". If there is any change in the company, mailing address and contact information filled in online registration, please indicate it on the confirmation letter for attending the interview.
(II) Candidates who give up the interview, please submit their signed statement of giving up the interview qualification (see Annex 4) to the corresponding test center unit (see Annex 2) by fax or email (in scanned form or photo format) before March 27, 2023, and the email title indicates "XXX gives up the interview of China Banking Regulatory Commission in 2023". Confirm the abandonment of the interviewer by SMS, telephone, fax, email, etc. Should be considered effective at an early stage.
(3) Those who fail to receive the confirmation of participating in the interview within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically and will no longer enter the interview procedure. After the release of this announcement, those who have been confirmed to participate in the interview and give up for personal reasons will report to the competent department of central civil servants as appropriate and record them in the integrity file. Candidates for qualification review should arrive at the designated place of the test center unit (see Annex 2) before the specified time of the interview test center to participate in the qualification review and interview lottery. Those who fail to arrive at the specified time will be ranked at the bottom of the employment position to attend the interview.
