As long as the following conditions are met, you can apply for resettlement housing:
(a) the applicant and his family members who jointly apply have urban household registration in this city and work or live in this city;
(two) the annual per capita disposable income of the family and the net asset value of the family meet the standards promulgated by the municipal government;
(three) there is no self-owned housing, or the per capita living area of self-owned housing is less than 10 square meter;
(four) did not enjoy the following preferential policies for the purchase of houses:
1. Purchase public housing at the cost price or standard price of housing reform;
2. Purchase poverty-stricken housing, affordable housing and affordable housing;
3. Participate in fund-raising construction within the unit.
4. Special rooms for implementing the housing policy for overseas Chinese;
5. Relocation and resettlement of new community housing;
6. Other preferential policies for purchasing houses provided by the government.
(5) The applicant and his family members who jointly applied for it have not bought or sold real estate within five years before the date of application.
Demolition and resettlement houses are houses built by the government to resettle the demolished families when carrying out urban road construction and other public facilities construction projects. The target is the relocated households of urban residents, including farmers whose land has been requisitioned and whose houses have been demolished.
