The "Measures for Talent Housing" stipulates that the main conditions for applying for leasing are: all kinds of talents with Shenzhen household registration or valid residence permit and paying social security in Shenzhen normally, no self-owned housing, no transfer of self-owned housing within 3 years or separation of self-owned housing due to divorce, and no preferential policies for buying houses.
