Four. Recruitment methods and procedures

3. On-site qualification examination

The first is the principle of competitive merit. The minimum qualified control line of high standard is 75 points, and the final score must be above 75 points before passing; The second is to implement the principle of one-vote veto, that is, the examiner must pass all the candidates' scores above the qualified line. If an examiner scores below the prescribed score line, he will be eliminated.
Calculation method of interview score: the average score of the examiner after removing a highest score and a lowest score is divided into the interview score of the candidate, and the score is kept at two decimal places.
3. Interview content: mainly investigate the education and teaching level, comprehensive quality and ability, appearance and behavior of the candidates. The content of the textbook for this class is the textbook for the first semester of Grade One (see Annex 3 "List of Trial Textbooks for Recruitment in Dangshan Provincial Model High School 202 1 Campus" for details). Textbooks are provided by the interview team.
4. Interview procedure:
Each candidate has a class time of 20 minutes. Each subject is prepared by the judges, and each subject is randomly selected by the first candidate who prepares lessons. After the topic is determined, it will be the only question book for this interview. Each candidate prepares lessons for 60 minutes, and the first candidate enters the preparation room to prepare lessons under the guidance of the staff. Twenty minutes later, the second candidate entered the lesson preparation room to prepare lessons under the guidance of the staff. After that, every 20 minutes, send a candidate to prepare lessons in the order of lottery numbers; After the first candidate prepares lessons for 60 minutes, the staff will guide him into the interview room for class, and then send a candidate into the interview room for class every 20 minutes, and so on.
(5) Signing an employment intention agreement.
According to the interview results and the actual number of recruitment positions, from high score to low score, the list of people who signed the intention agreement was determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the employment intention agreement was signed on the spot. If the interview results are the same, they will be determined by the professional quality test results in the scoring table. (In the case of the same result, the replacement procedure shall be carried out according to this regulation).
(6) Physical examination and investigation
According to the recruitment position 1: 1, determine the physical examination and inspection objects.
During the recruitment period, if the applicant fails to participate in the physical examination and inspection as required, it will be deemed to have given up automatically. The physical examination and inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the county people's social security bureau in conjunction with the employer.
(7) Publicity
Those who pass the inspection will be publicized on the website of Dangshan county government for 7 days.
If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position during the medical examination and inspection, each person will fill it once, and it will not be filled after the public announcement.
(8) Employment
If there is no objection to the publicity, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the regulations. According to the relevant documents, the proposed employee must sign an employment contract with the unit, and the probation period is included in the employment contract period. The specific employment positions and grades shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of post management.
After the candidates are hired, they will be included in the establishment management, and enjoy the full financial allocation of relevant posts and salaries stipulated by the state. Employment time is based on the actual working time after graduation.
