This project is the first phase of Yao Qiang office resettlement start-up area, which is located in the west of Airport Road, adjacent to Yin Qing Expressway in the north and Lianhua Road in the south, with a total construction area of about 1 122900 square meters. The whole startup zone is 10 plot, and the house is scheduled to be delivered at the end of 20 19. At present, the heat source problem of central heating needs to be solved urgently.
In order to ensure timely heating and user occupancy after the completion of the project, Jinan Thermal Power Group Co., Ltd. is actively organizing and discussing a reasonable heating scheme. The parties to the project held several seminars on heating schemes, analyzed the specific conditions of each block, determined a more suitable heat source form for each block, and finally formed a preliminary heating scheme. Combined with the actual situation of the project, before the arrival of large-scale central heating pipe network, it is planned to adopt a variety of new energy heating methods such as air source geothermal and gas boiler to provide green heating for residents in the resettlement start-up area.
