1. Draw lots to arrange the order of athletes' trial jump.

2. Before the start of the competition, the referee should announce to the athletes the take-off height and the lifting height of the crossbar after each round of competition. Only 65,438+0 people remain in this plan until the competition.

The winning athletes or runners-up are equal.

3. Unless there are only 1 athletes left in the competition, and he won the championship of this project, otherwise:

(a) After each round of competition, the crossbar should be raised by not less than 2 cm.

(b) The height of the crossbar shall not be increased.

In the all-around competition of rules 12, 1(a), (b) and (c), the height of each round of crossbar is 3cm.

Athletes must take off with one foot.

5. Once the competition starts, athletes are not allowed to use the run-up lane or take-off area for practice.

(2) Before crossing the crossbar, any part of the athlete's body touches the railing, and riding in China will only be carried out on the ground or in the landing area. If the athlete touches the area with one foot in the trial jump and the referee thinks that he has not benefited from it, it should not be judged as a failure in the trial jump.

7. Athletes can try to jump at any height in the crossbar elevation scheme announced by the referee in advance, or they can decide whether to try to jump at any height in the future according to their own wishes. However, at any height, as long as the athletes fail to try to jump three times in a row, they will be disqualified from continuing the competition. famous

Except for the final ranking test jump with equivalent results.

After the first or second attempt at a certain height fails, athletes are allowed to ask for no jump at the second or third attempt.

Keep trying to jump.

After an athlete requires a gram jump at a certain height, it is not allowed to resume the trial jump at that height unless the number 1 is equal.

8. After raising the crossbar every time, athletes should measure the height of the crossbar before trying to jump. When the crossbar is placed at a record height, the relevant referee must

Check the measurement results. If the crossbar is touched again after the last record height measurement, the referee must measure the crossbar height again before the subsequent record height test jump.

Note: the referee should clearly identify the 7 sides and the front of the beam before the game. When placing a crossbar, all sides of the crossbar should always face the backward direction.

9. Even if all other athletes fail, an athlete is still qualified to continue to try to jump until he gives up the right to continue the competition. When the athletes win the competition, the referee or the relevant referee shall solicit the opinions of the athletes, and the athletes shall decide the lifting height of the crossbar.

Note: This regulation does not apply to all-around events.

Runways and take-off areas

1 1. The length of the run-up lane shall not be shorter than 15m. Run-up lanes should be at least 20m long, and at least 25m long if conditions permit, so as to hold competitions with rules 12 1(a), (b) and (c).

12. The total maximum inclination of the approach road and take-off area towards the center of the crossbar shall not exceed 1: 250.

13, the take-off area should be level.

14. marker: athletes can use 1 ~ 2 marker (approved or provided by the organizing Committee) to help run-up and take-off. If such a mark is not provided, athletes can use adhesive tape, but they can't use chalk or any other similar substance that can't erase traces.

equipment

15. Jumping viaduct: Various types of jumping viaducts or columns with solid structures can be used.

Jumping overhead should be supported by cross bars, which can stably place cross bars.

Jumping over the top should have enough height, at least exceeding the actual lifting height of the crossbar 10 cm. The distance between the two columns is 4.00 ~ 4.04 meters.

16. During the competition, it is not allowed to move the platform or hurdle unless the relevant referee thinks that the take-off area or landing area has become unsuitable for the competition.

If it is necessary to move the top or column of the jumper, it should be done after the trial jump.

17. Crossbars: Crossbars should be made of fiberglass, metal or other suitable materials. The cross section of the crossbar is circular except for both ends. The total length of the crossbar is 4 meters.

(2 cm), the maximum weight is 2 grams.

The diameter of the circular part of the crossbar is 30mm (1 mm).

A crossbar should consist of three parts, a round rod and two ends. In order to put it on the track bracket, the two ends of the track should be 30 ~ 35 mm wide and 20 cm long. Hard and smooth texture.

The ends of the crossbar shall not be wrapped with rubber or any substance that can increase the friction with the crossbar bracket.

The crossbar should be free from bending, and when placed on the crossbar bracket, it will sag by 2 cm at most.

Elasticity check of the crossbar: After the crossbar is put in place, hang a 3 kg weight in the center of the crossbar, and the maximum allowable droop is 7 cm.

18. Cross bar support: The cross bar support should be placed horizontally in a rectangle with a width of 4cm and a length of 6cm. In the process of jumping, the crossbar bracket must be fixed on the column. The crossbar bracket must face the opposite column, and the crossbar placed on the bracket should be easy to fall forward or backward when touched by athletes.

Do not wrap rubber or any other substance that can increase the friction between the track and the track, and do not use any kind of spring.

19. There should be at least a clearance of cm between both ends of the crossbar and the column.

Falling area

20. The landing area shall not be less than 5x3m.

Note: In the high jump competition, there should be at least a gap of10cm between the elevated column and the landing area, so as to avoid touching the column and crossbar due to the movement of the landing area.
