Article 16
If a registered motor vehicle is under any of the following circumstances, the owner of the motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle management office for registration of change:
(1) changing the color of the car body;
(2) Replace the engine;
(3) replace the car body or frame;
(4) Replacing the whole vehicle due to quality problems;
(five) the nature of motor vehicle registration has changed;
(six) the motor vehicle owner's household registration moved out or moved into the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office.
The owner of a motor vehicle shall, within ten days after the change, apply to the vehicle management office for registration of the change.
Article 17
When applying for registration of change, the owner of a motor vehicle shall submit the motor vehicle for examination, confirm the application information, and submit the following certificates and vouchers:
