This club activity was held in our class. Through this club activity, I found many shortcomings in the activity.
First of all, this activity is not well prepared. For example, we are divided into six groups, and there are problems in deciding the participants and the order of the six groups, as well as the difficulty of reading, which is a bit unfair and not fully prepared in advance. It should be decided by lot, which is fairer.
Secondly, we didn't consider the time, so we wasted too much time in selecting the contestants. As for when we read too little, time will be a little tight. This is because we didn't estimate the time in advance, and the bell rang just after the event, so there was no extra time. Next time, we should make preparations in advance, and the above situation will not happen.
However, this activity also has many advantages.
In this activity, I found that many people are very serious and the students are also very cooperative. Everyone actively expressed their opinions, made suggestions on the shortcomings of some students, and praised some good students. Everyone was very enthusiastic about writing. Later, I asked who wanted to see it, and everyone got up and rushed to see it. Finally, when I asked everyone to select outstanding personnel, everyone actively expressed their opinions and made the end of this activity close to the climax.
