In last year's World Championships, countries with two players can get three places if the total ranking is less than or equal to thirteen.
For example, in last year's World Championships, two players representing the same country ranked sixth and seventh respectively, and that country could get three places.
If it is the third and eleventh place, 3+11=14 > 13, you can't get three places, but you can get two places because some players are in the top ten.
