On September 20 15, the first phase of Xiguan shantytown renovation project was organized and implemented by Binhe Town. The expropriated householders are Daban Village and Xiguan Village, * * * involving 189 households.
The project involves local resettlement of all relocated households, and 20 resettlement residential buildings have been built.
