3. The graduation major corresponds to or is similar to the applied discipline.

Third, the examination and employment methods

1. Examination employment method.

1, the method of public examination and merit-based admission is adopted, and the written test and teaching ability test are organized by the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Personnel Bureau.

2. Determination of teaching ability test objects.

(1) Determine the number of places to participate in the teaching ability test according to the ratio of teachers in all disciplines 1: 1.2, and determine the finalists for the teaching ability test according to the sum of written test results and teaching experience.

(2) The minimum score of the teaching ability test is 60% of the full score (that is, 36 points), and candidates who do not reach the minimum score will not be hired.

3. Calculation of the total score of the recruitment examination.

(1) The total test score consists of the written test score (full score 140), the teaching ability test score (full score 60) and the teaching experience plus extra points.

(2) Extra points for teaching experience: At present, in-service substitute teachers in primary and secondary schools in our city (excluding interns in colleges and universities) will be given extra points for teaching experience according to an increase of 2 points for each semester of teaching, and the maximum extra point will not exceed 10 (continuous teaching experience in primary and secondary schools in our city will be extra points for teaching experience).

4. Determination of recruitment objectives.

(1) The shortlist of candidates for the recruitment examination shall be determined from high score to low score according to the total score of the recruitment examination, and they shall be hired after passing the unified physical examination and political examination.

(2) If the candidates in a certain subject fail to pass the physical examination and political examination or give up the recruitment qualification automatically, the candidates who have participated in the teaching ability test and reached the minimum score line or above will be replenished according to the total score of the recruitment examination from high to low.

(3) If a certain discipline fails to fill the recruitment quota, the remaining recruitment quota will be transferred to other disciplines by the Education Bureau according to the needs of teachers.

5. Arrangements for hiring personnel.

The employed personnel are uniformly assigned by the Municipal Education Bureau to teach in the primary and secondary schools lacking in this Municipality.
