I. Respondents' Requirements

Third, the interview procedure

(1) The examiner prepares. All examiners and staff must arrive at the test center before 7: 30 am on the day of the interview and be grouped by lottery; At 8 o'clock, the examiner will concentrate on training. Examiners and related staff enter the interview examination room 10 minutes before the formal examination. Only one communication tool is reserved for each test center, and designated personnel are used to ensure the smooth flow of information. All other examiners and staff participating in the interview should turn off the communication tools during the interview and hand them over to the examination office for centralized custody. During the interview, all examiners and staff will wear casual clothes.

(2) candidate preparation. Candidates hold the interview notice and their ID cards to the designated waiting room before 7: 30 am on the day of the interview, and draw lots to determine the interview order. Candidates for the same position must be in the same interview group, and those who are 30 minutes late will be treated as absent. All candidates will wear casual clothes during the interview.

(3) Candidates are waiting for the exam. The waiting room is closed all day, and the relevant cities should designate special personnel to be responsible for the supervision and management of candidates. All candidates who have not been interviewed are not allowed to leave the waiting room. If it is really necessary to leave halfway due to special circumstances, it shall obtain the consent of the person in charge of the examination or the staff, and be accompanied by a special person. Candidates are not allowed to bring communication tools and electronic equipment into the waiting room, and should be stored in a centralized place designated by the staff.

(4) candidates interview. This interview is conducted in a structured way, and the time is 20 minutes for each candidate. The examiner will conduct the interview and ask questions in strict accordance with the interview procedures and the contents and requirements of the interview record book. In addition to the written interview questions, the examiner shall not ask the candidates questions. Candidates should leave the test center as soon as possible after the interview, and must not stay near the examination room and waiting room.

(5) the examiner scores. According to the candidates' answers in the interview and the requirements of the scoring table, the examiners independently evaluate their scores on each test element and add them up to get the total score. The interview scoring method is to exclude the highest score and the lowest score from the examiner's score, and take the average of the effective scores, which is the interview score of the candidate. The full mark of the interview score is 100, with 2 decimal places reserved and the third decimal place rounded off.

(6) announce the results. According to the prescribed grading method, the staff will calculate the interview results of the candidates, which will be signed by the examiner and announced to the candidates on the spot.

Candidates whose interview scores are not qualified, but fail to form competitive positions, must be qualified if their interview scores reach 60 points.
