The final interpretation right of this technical document belongs to the organizing committee of the 3rd National Technical College Skills Competition. I. Formulation of final technical document standards The welder project is based on the National Professional Skills Standard for Welders (revised in 2009) and is formulated with reference to the requirements of relevant standards of the World Skills Competition. Second, the content, form and result calculation of the competition (1) The content of the competition includes two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical operation. (II) Form of Competition The competition adopts the form of single competition. (3) Score calculation The full score of the theoretical knowledge contest paper is 100, and the theoretical knowledge contest score is converted into the total score by 30%; The full score of skill operation competition is 300 points, which is converted into 100 points and then counted into the total score of the competition by 70%; Add the converted theoretical knowledge contest results and skill operation contest results to get the total contest results. Third, the proposition principle is based on the national vocational skills standards, refers to the relevant standards of the World Skills Competition, pays attention to basic skills, embodies modern science and technology, and assesses the comprehensive vocational ability in combination with production practice, which plays a demonstration and guiding role in the cultivation of compound skilled personnel. Four. Competition scope, proportion, types and others (1) Theoretical knowledge competition 1. The scope of the competition is mainly based on the professional knowledge of welders, supplemented by the knowledge of metal materials and electricians. Rubber hoses, etc □ FCAW 136 flux-cored wire CO2 gas shielded welding torch and accessories-contact nozzles, nozzles, CO2 gas flowmeters and accessories, flowmeters, rubber hoses, etc. 5. Score the three items in this skill competition according to 100, and divide the skill operation score by 3. For details, please refer to the above table and annex 1 to 4. V. Rules of Competition (1) The rules of the competition venue are 1. Participants should check and record samples, welding materials and welding machines at the competition site 25 minutes before the competition. Samples will be distributed to all stations by the staff at 15 minutes before the competition, and the participants will check whether the samples meet the requirements. In general, specimens will not be replaced. If there is any objection, the referee will decide whether to replace it. 2. Those who are 30 minutes or more late for the start of the game will be deemed to have abstained automatically. 3. Participants should bring the following items: masks, gloves, hammers, chisels, files, wire brushes, sandpaper, steel rulers, steel square, spirit level, adjustable wrench, direct grinder, angle grinder, wire cutters, hacksaw bars, labor protection articles and Ф 2.4 tungsten electrodes. 4. Except the articles allowed by regulations, other articles shall not be brought into the competition venue. After the start time signal is given, the contestants can start their work. 6. Participants can only try welding on the special test plate distributed by the competition, and may not try welding process parameters on the assembly platform and workholder equipped at the workstation. 7. When the work is affected by force majeure factors such as power failure, the contestants propose that the referee make a decision after verifying the situation. During the competition, participants can eat, rest, drink water and go to the toilet, and their time consumption will be included in the competition time. 9. During the competition, invigilators should carefully fill in the invigilation records of each participant. 10. invigilators, court staff and contestants can only make necessary contact on their work, and no suggestive conversation is allowed. Others who are allowed to enter the stadium are not allowed to talk to the contestants. No one at the competition site may interfere with the normal operation of the players. 1 1. In addition to on-site contestants and invigilators and staff designated to be responsible for the competition, relevant leaders and news propagandists should enter the competition site accompanied by the head of the organizing committee. All personnel entering the competition venue must wear the prescribed signs and observe the discipline of the competition venue. No other personnel are allowed to enter the competition venue. 12. After the welding operation is completed, players should raise their hands to signal the invigilator to record the actual time of the competition. (2) Skills Operation Competition Rules 1. Requirements for Specimen Assembly and Shelf Fixation (1) The clearance, blunt edge and deformation resistance of specimen assembly shall be determined by the participants. (2) The tack welding of the specimen shall adopt the same welding method and welding material as the formal welding. (3) fillet weld samples should be spot-welded at the opposite ends and the central area of the weld, and butt weld samples should be spot-welded at both ends of the groove, and the length of each spot welding should not be greater than 20 mm Arc striking plates and lead-out plates are not allowed at both ends of the sample; The plates in the structural members are fixed at a distance of 40 mm from both ends. (4) If there is a problem in the process of specimen assembly, the contestants shall repair it themselves and shall not replace it. All test pieces are assembled at one time. (5) The invigilator should check whether the position, quantity, length and assembly of the specimen meet the specified requirements, and whether the position, height and steel seal number of the specimen fixed on the fixture meet the specified requirements. The qualified specimens should be signed for confirmation, and the participants should be informed to reassemble the specimens that do not meet the assembly requirements and shelf fixing requirements. (6) After the specimens are put on the shelves, it is forbidden to use power tools. After each specimen is fixed on the shelf, the contestants should raise their hands to signal the invigilator to check and confirm according to the regulations. If the fixed specimen is put on the shelves without the approval of the invigilator and the participants weld it without authorization, the specimen will get 0 point. 2. Welding operation requirements (1) Participants shall carry out welding operations in strict accordance with the materials issued by the Games, the specified specifications and the welding methods and welding positions indicated in the drawings. (2) When the specimen is welded, the highest point of the weld shall not exceed 1.2m(3) During welding, the specimen is not allowed to move, move or change the welding position. (4) Butt welding of plates shall be conducted in the same direction, and shall not be conducted from the middle to both ends or from both ends to the middle. The direction of the remaining layers should be consistent with the direction of the backing weld. (5) Participants are not allowed to make any marks on the specimens. (6) In the welding process, if the welding waste of the specimen is not reissued, the contestants are allowed to repair it manually during the competition time, and the front and back sides of the weld are not allowed to be repaired. (7) After welding, the participants shall carefully clean the welding slag and spatter on the surface of the specimen, but shall not destroy the original formation of the weld of the specimen. After cleaning up the samples, the staff, together with the invigilator and the contestants, will number and stamp the samples at the workstation, and the invigilator and the contestants will sign the invigilator record for confirmation. At the same time, do a good job in cleaning the participating stations. (3) During the competition, the safety requirement is 1. Skill operation The competition venue should be equipped with necessary fire alarm system, fire extinguishing equipment and medical rescue personnel. In places where there is danger of electric shock, the sign "Be careful of electric shock" should be hung, and the site should be kept clean and tidy, and unnecessary items should not be piled up. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the venue. 3. Before the competition, the contestants should know the location of fire-fighting equipment and emergency exits, and check the grounding of various electrical equipment and equipment for gas leakage. 4. Participants must wear welder's protective equipment in accordance with regulations and operate correctly according to safety operation procedures. If you encounter unexpected problems in your work, such as equipment failure, contact the safety emergency team immediately, and don't handle them by yourself. 5. When you stop working, turn off the equipment power switch and gas cylinder valve.
