According to Bian Xiao's investigation, there are generally two kinds of civil servant interviews: structured interviews and leaderless interviews. The interview content can be roughly divided into five categories: working relationship handling, emergency handling, planning event handling, government cognition and professional cognition.
The general process of the interview:
Draw lots for admission: candidates enter the interview in turn according to the drawn numbers. Everyone's answer time is between 15-30 minutes.
Interview Answer: Generally, each candidate answers 3-4 questions specified in this book in order. Candidates can think about it a little when answering questions, and sometimes they can simply list the outline with a pen.
Random questions: After the candidates have answered the required questions, sometimes the examiner will ask other judges to ask questions temporarily.
Candidates' Exit: After answering the questions, the examiner announces the candidates' exit and exits under the guidance of specialized staff.
Scoring review: the examiner takes back the scoring form from the judges and gives it to the rater for scoring. Remove a highest score and a lowest score, and then calculate the average score.
Inform the next candidate to enter: the previous candidate leaves, and a special staff member informs the next candidate to enter.
The nine elements of the national examination are comprehensive analysis ability, verbal expression ability, adaptability, planning, organization and coordination ability, awareness and skills of interpersonal communication, matching between job-seeking motivation and proposed position, professional ability, self-emotional control ability and demeanor.
