The interview mainly examines education and teaching skills, professional knowledge and comprehensive ability. It includes two parts: trial lecture and defense.

Interview method: Interview candidates hold valid identity documents on the day of the interview, collect the interview serial number at the interview site at the specified time, and enter the examination room after identity confirmation.

Draw lots: the interviewer randomly draws lots to determine the content of the trial topic.

Lesson preparation: Interviewers are only allowed to bring textbooks into the lesson preparation room, prepare lessons independently, and write lesson plans corresponding to the selected topics. They are not allowed to leave the lesson preparation room halfway. If there are special circumstances, they must obtain permission in advance. Lesson preparation time is 60 minutes.

Trial lecture: The interviewer will give a trial lecture to the judges according to the requirements of the classroom routine, and the time is 10 minute. Try to give full marks 100.

(2) defense:

According to the content of the trial, the judges will ask questions at random 10 minutes. Defense score 100.

Interview scoring method: full score 100. Among them, 80% is a trial lecture and 20% is a defense. Remove a score, remove a minimum score, calculate the average score (keep two decimal places), announce the score on the spot, and the invigilator, examiner and examinee will sign it into effect.

2. Organize candidates who have signed the employment agreement to go to the designated hospital for physical examination and issue a physical examination report. Physical examination combines the particularity of teachers' positions to determine the corresponding physical examination items. The medical examination standard refers to the general standard of civil servants' medical examination, and the medical examination expenses are self-care. (six) review the employment

1. Review the qualifications of candidates who have passed the physical examination. Those who pass the qualification review and verification will be publicized on beipiao city Personnel Network for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, it is determined as a candidate without objection. Candidates who fail to provide graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate, original professional teacher qualification certificate and personal files as required will be disqualified.
