The interview takes the form of structured interview and scenario simulation, and is conducted through lesson preparation (or activity design), trial lecture (or demonstration) and defense (or presentation).

Interview session. Comprise that following step:

Step 1: Choose a theme. According to the arrangement of test sites and the order of drawing lots, candidates enter the question extraction room with the admission ticket, log in to the interview evaluation system, randomly select questions from the question bank, and print the list of questions after confirmation by the candidates;

Step 2: Prepare lessons (activity design). Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with the admission ticket, exam sheet and lesson preparation paper under the guidance of the invigilator to write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes). The preparation time is 20 minutes;

Step 3: Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided into the designated interview room by invigilators with the admission ticket, examination sheet and teaching plan (or activity demonstration plan). The interviewer randomly selected two prescribed questions from the question bank and asked the candidates to answer them. Time is about 5 minutes;

Step 4: Try to speak (demonstrate). Candidates give a trial lecture according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme) (or demonstration, the trial lecture process is conducted in the form of "lecture", and no extra points will be given in the form of "lecture"). Time 10 minute;

Step 5: Defense (statement). The interviewer asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate defends (states). Time is about 5 minutes;

Step 6: Score. According to the scoring standards and detailed rules, the interview examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance and submits the scoring results through the interview evaluation system. The results of the group should be copied on the interview score sheet and signed by the examiner for future reference.
