There are two forms of on-site examination (interview): 1. Everyone's form and 2. Man-machine form.
Below, I will introduce these two forms to you respectively.
Note in advance: the following process can be used as a reference, and the detailed process is subject to the actual examination requirements.
First, everyone's exam
That is, the traditional interview, candidates explain to the examiner in the examination room. This is the main examination method at present, and nearly two-thirds of the provinces in 20 19 have adopted this examination method.
Examination process:
1. According to the test date on the admission ticket, candidates will sign in at the designated place at the specified sign-in time; Those who do not sign in as required will be deemed to have given up the exam;
2. Candidates enter the waiting area to wait for the exam according to the examiner's requirements;
3. Candidates receive the "On-site Examination Registration Form" in the waiting area, and write their names, admission ticket numbers and application languages correctly and neatly on the "On-site Examination Registration Form";
4. Candidates queue up and arrive at the lottery place in turn. After submitting the on-site examination registration form, admission ticket and ID card, randomly select the scenic spots. After the scenic spots are selected, sign for confirmation. The staff arranged the examination room for the candidates. After the examination room is confirmed, the candidates get back the registration form, admission ticket and ID card for the on-site examination, and immediately queue up outside their examination room to wait for the lottery test. Do not miss or delay the examination time, and do not change the examination room and waiting area (except for the examination staff who need to be adjusted because they are waiting for the examination outside the examination room, candidates should consciously keep quiet;
5. Candidates can only enter the examination room after the examiner calls the number; Those who fail to reach the call number are deemed to have given up the exam;
6. After entering the examination room, the candidates will hand over the admission ticket, ID card and "On-site Examination Registration Form" to the examination room staff and stand about 2 meters away from the examiner to prepare for the examination;
7. The examiner announces the start of the exam, and the candidates conduct on-site mock exams according to the examiner's requirements;
8. At the end of the exam, candidates get back the admission ticket and ID card, exit the examination room and leave the examination area;
9. Candidates who have doubts about their scores should submit a written application for verification to the Jinan Guidance Examination Office within 5 working days after the end of the on-site mock examination.
Precautions:
1. Candidates are not allowed to change scenic spots and examination rooms, and are not allowed to leave the waiting area at will before the exam is over.
2. The staff responsible for guidance should lead the candidates into the examination room according to the test number of the candidates to be tested. Candidates who do not obey the arrangement will be dealt with according to the violation of discipline and recorded;
3. Foreign language candidates must take the on-site tour guide exam in the language they apply for;
4. The interview order of candidates and the cancellation of interview qualification after the examination room is determined; After the interview, you are not allowed to return to the examination room and the waiting room, and you are not allowed to stay near the examination room;
5. Candidates are not allowed to make trouble in the examination area such as the examination room and waiting room for any reason, which will affect the normal examination and examination work. If they make trouble and do not listen to dissuasion, they will be handed over to the public security organs for handling.
Second, the man-machine form.
Candidates sit in front of the computer and take the exam according to the tips of the computer. With the advent of the information age, the examination form of man-machine dialogue has gradually become the mainstream, and more and more provinces adopt this form to conduct examinations.
1, explain the pattern
Man-machine dialogue is also a closed-book way, which is essentially similar to everyone's dialogue and the assessment method is basically the same. The difference is that all the questions in the interview of man-machine dialogue are answered by computers. The explanation and on-site question-and-answer of tour guide words changed from facing the examiner to recording audio answers for candidates on the computer, and the system automatically captured photos.
2. Examination process
(1) Equipment debugging candidates' equipment debugging time is 5 minutes. After the exam begins, candidates enter the equipment debugging interface. Please click the buttons of "Start Recording", "Stop Recording" and "Play Back Recording" to debug the camera position and check whether the headphones work normally. Please raise your hand if it doesn't work properly. After 5 minutes of debugging, the system will automatically enter the formal answer.
(2) The answer time for "Chinese" candidates is 15 minutes, and that for "foreign language" candidates is 25 minutes. There is no limit to the time for answering each question, and the time for answering, replaying and re-recording is included in the total length of the exam. Please arrange the time reasonably according to the total length of the exam. Note: Candidates can only answer questions in the order of questions, not by topics, and will not be able to return to answering questions after leaving the current questions. When answering questions, candidates should ensure that their heads are in the center of the video window during the whole exam video recording process, and they should not cover their faces or put their heads on the sides or corners of the video window.
