Professional knowledge mainly examines the candidates' mastery of the professional knowledge of the reported subjects. According to the written test results, determine the written test line. 3. Oral ability interview.
Participants are required to bring a written test admission ticket and their ID card. Oral English interview time will be announced separately. The content is the relevant text of the corresponding chapter in the current textbook of this subject. The above courses are decided by on-site lottery. The preparation time is 30 minutes, and the speaking time is 15 minutes. It mainly tests the examinee's understanding of teaching objectives, the design arrangement of teaching links, the choice of teaching methods, and the "three characters and one painting" and language expression. Quantitative scoring for oral English interview, with one highest score and one lowest score removed, will be scored according to the percentile system, the score will be calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa will be rounded off and announced on the spot. If the interview score of oral English is less than 60 points, it will not be hired.
Practical operation is added to the oral ability interview of music, physical education and fine arts, and the total score of oral ability interview is calculated according to the ratio of oral ability interview score to professional practical operation score of 6:4.
After the lecture, the total score is calculated according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 40% and interview scores accounting for 60%, and the list of examiners and medical examiners in various disciplines is determined according to the number of recruitment plans, which is published on Zhifu District Human Resources and Social Security Network. Those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be replenished in turn according to the results.
