What is the ranking of NBA draft?

For young players who participate in the draft, the NBA will rank them according to their performance in college (or high school). Then according to the winning percentage of this year's regular season, NBA teams choose players in turn, starting with the team with the worst performance. Each team can only choose one newcomer in each round, usually 2-3 rounds.

In order to better embody the principle of fairness, the draft order of the top three teams in the first round and the draft order between teams with the same record should be decided by drawing lots.

The lottery rules are as follows: put 14 table tennis balls marked with numbers into the lottery machine, and these 1004 numbers have100/combination. Ignore one of them, and distribute the remaining 1000 combinations to 14 players who failed to enter the playoffs in advance according to their respective shares. The lottery will be held three times to determine the ownership of the top three rookies, and the 4- 14 rookies will be ranked according to their team records after excluding the three teams that won the top three rookies.
