According to the announcement of public recruitment of staff in institutions affiliated to Hengyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, our bureau held a written test in Hengyang Foreign Language School on February 29th, 20 12, and entrusted the Provincial Personnel Examinations Institute to make proposition, marking and score statistics. According to the recruitment procedures and requirements, the relevant matters concerning the interview of the staff of the recruitment institutions of our bureau are hereby announced as follows:

I. List of finalists for the interview

According to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of interviewers in the recruitment plan 1:3, and according to the total written test scores of all recruitment positions, it is determined that 60 candidates, including Huang Ting, will enter the interview in turn (see the annex for the list of finalists).

Second, the interview qualification examination and the time and place to receive the interview notice.

Third, the materials needed for the interview qualification review

1, ID card;

2. written test admission ticket;

3. Academic certificate (degree certificate);

4. On-the-job applicants need to issue a certificate that their unit agrees to apply for the exam (with official seal);

Candidates must bring the original documents and materials mentioned above and go to the designated place for qualification review according to the specified time and requirements. After passing the qualification review, you can get the interview notice on the spot.

V interview methods, interview questions and examiners

This interview is structured, and the interview time is 12 minutes. The interview was entrusted to other places, and the seven examiners were all from other places outside Hengyang.

Six, candidates should pay attention to matters

1. Candidates must go to the designated place for qualification review according to the specified time and requirements and receive the interview notice. Candidates who fail to participate in the interview qualification re-examination within the time limit will automatically cancel the interview qualification. Those who fail the exam and voluntarily give up will be re-examined by the replacement personnel in order of the total written test score of the same position from high to low. Candidates will be replaced in turn without further notice.

2. Candidates attend the interview with the interview notice and their valid ID card.

3. Candidates who have passed the qualification review must enter the interview waiting room to participate in the lottery at the time and place specified in the interview notice before 7:50 am on the interview day. Those who do not enter the interview waiting room before 7: 50 am will automatically abstain. Candidates attend the interview according to the lottery number.

There is no charge for the interview. Candidates arrange their own transportation, accommodation and expenses.
