I. List of interviewers
According to the announcement of the public selection of civil servants by municipal government agencies and institutions in 2022, according to the ratio of interviewees to the number of selected positions of 3: 1, our department will determine the shortlisted interviewees from the applicants of the same position according to the order of written test scores from high to low, after passing the qualification examination. When the written test scores of the last applicant in the proportion are tied, it is also determined to be a shortlisted interview. If the qualification examination is unqualified or the interview qualification is abandoned, the interview candidates will be replenished and the interview qualification examination will be conducted according to the qualified written test scores of the applicants for the same position from high to low. If the number of qualified people in the written test does not reach the required interview ratio, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number. According to the above principles, six candidates were selected for the interview (see annex for the list).
After the announcement of the interview, if the interviewer gives up the interview qualification, the position will no longer be filled by the interviewer, and the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people.

Three. Precautions for candidates
(a) candidates must report to the designated place for verification according to the specified time and requirements, and qualified candidates can participate in the interview.
(2) Candidates attend the interview with their ID card, written test admission ticket and interview notice.
(3) Candidates who have passed the verification must arrive at the interview waiting room to participate in the lottery before the afternoon of August 27th, 202214th. Those who don't arrive in the interview waiting room before 14 in the afternoon will be automatically disqualified. Candidates attend the interview according to the lottery number.
(4) Candidates are not allowed to disclose personal information such as name and work unit during the interview. Offenders will be treated as cheating and the interview results will be cancelled.
(5) There is no examination fee for the interview. Candidates arrange their own transportation, accommodation and expenses.
(6) Do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
1. According to the normalization requirements of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, candidates are requested to monitor their health status daily. On the day of the exam, you must meet the epidemic prevention requirements such as the COVID-19 nucleic acid test result is negative 48 hours before the exam, the "Guangxi Health Code" is green, the "Communication Big Data Travel Card" is green, and the field measurement temperature is normal (< 37.3℃) before you can enter the examination room to take the exam.
Candidates who have lived in the county (city, district) where the local epidemic occurred must report to the destination community in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and receive health management services according to the risk level in accordance with the requirements of the state and the autonomous region for epidemic prevention and control. If the examination is affected by the failure to complete the health management requirements, the consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
2. Candidates who have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and diarrhea during the examination should immediately report to the examination staff, and truthfully report their life history, contact history, health status and other epidemic prevention and control information in the past 7 days. After the on-site medical and health professionals have assessed that they meet the examination requirements, they will be taken to the isolation examination room by special personnel after making a written commitment. Those who are judged not to meet the test conditions cannot enter the test center for an interview.
3. Please prepare your own masks (disposable medical masks or surgical masks) in advance. After arriving at the interview site, in addition to identity confirmation and mask removal during the interview, they are required to wear masks and do personal protection throughout the interview.
Fourth, publish the results.
(1) The total interview scores of candidates will be announced on the spot after the interviews of all candidates in this examination room.
(2) After the interview, according to the total score, namely: qualified written test score ×40%+ total interview score ×60%, from high score to low score, it is determined to enter the list of inspectors.
