Duke Zhou sucked tubing _ dreamed of pumping oil with tubing.

What's the difference between a yellow light and a red light for tank alarm?

1 has a different meaning.

The yellow light on the oil meter is just a warning; A red light means that the tank is running out of gas.

2. The original design intention is different

Considering that some people don't look at the fuel gauge when driving, the product designer designed such a yellow light. When the yellow light is on, it means that the oil in the tank is consumed to a certain extent. There is no big problem with the red warning light on the fuel tank before refueling, and the cruising range of 50 kilometers after the fuel meter is lit can also meet the needs of finding gas stations and oil pumps to dissipate heat.

But it is not recommended to call the police when the fuel tank is red. First of all, in the case of less fuel, intense driving will affect the work of the oil pump because of the large roll of the vehicle. The second is that after the engine oil alarm, it is uncertain whether you can find a gas station within the cruising range (high speed).

And when the oil warning light is on, refueling is limited to finding a gas station within a short distance. If it is too far away, there is a risk of damage to the oil pump and oil sensor.

Extended data

design principle

1, the fuel tank must have a large enough volume. On the one hand, we should meet the requirements of heat dissipation as much as possible, on the other hand, we should be able to accommodate all working media in the hydraulic system when it stops working, and at the same time maintain an appropriate liquid level when it works.

2. The oil suction pipe and the oil return pipe should be inserted below the minimum liquid level to prevent air bubbles from splashing during suction and oil return. The distance between the nozzle and the box bottom and box wall is generally not less than 3 times the pipe diameter.

The oil suction pipe can be installed with a mesh filter or a line gap filter of about 100μ m, and the installation position should be convenient for loading and unloading and cleaning the filter. The oil return pipe port shall be obliquely cut at 45. Angle and face the tank wall, in order to prevent the return oil from touching the sediment at the bottom of the tank, which is also beneficial to heat dissipation.

3. The distance between the oil suction pipe and the oil return pipe should be as far as possible, and a baffle should be set between them to increase the way of liquid flow circulation, which can improve the effects of heat dissipation, air separation and impurity precipitation. The height of the partition is 2/3~3/4 of the liquid level.

4. In order to keep the oil clean, the oil tank should have a sealed cover plate with an air filter, and oil filling and ventilation are generally completed by the air filter. In order to facilitate oil drainage and cleaning, the bottom of the box should have a certain inclination, and an oil drain valve should be set at the lowest position. For the oil tank that is difficult to open the cover, a cleaning hole should be set to facilitate cleaning the inside of the oil tank.

5. The bottom of the oil tank should be above l50 mm from the ground, so as to facilitate handling, oil drainage and heat dissipation. Lifting lugs shall be set at the proper position of the oil tank for lifting, and a liquid level gauge shall be set to monitor the liquid level.
