The Anhui provincial government has also put forward the policy of "connecting every village", aiming at promoting rural urbanization, which is a great attempt under the grand goal of rural revitalization strategy.
Specifically, taking Jinzhai County, Anhui Province as an example, in order to ensure the orderly concentration of rural settlements, Jinzhai implemented the "1+X" village layout planning. According to the principle of/kloc-0 per administrative village and no more than 3 natural villages, the county has planned 1 83 central villages and 397 natural villages to guide farmers to move to cities and towns in an orderly manner.
