I. Different definitions

1, nephew: nephew refers to nephew male, and also refers to daughter's son, the same as grandson (male); Nephew refers to niece, and also refers to daughter of daughter, the same as grandson (female).

2. Grandson: Grandson refers to the son of a son.

Second, the citation interpretation is different.
