My personal feeling is that your inner pressure is too great, and you are too concerned about things around you. Train yourself to be calm, face it with a normal heart, learn to take a deep breath often, look up at the sky more, go for a walk in nature more, and don't treat some small things as if the sky is falling.
Have time to see a psychiatrist and go to the hospital for a physical examination.
Don't be shy, it's nothing. This is normal.
