Saposhnikovia divaricata, asarum, Cangzhi and Chuanxiong are nine kinds of Notopterygium root.

Functions: sweating, expelling wind and removing dampness, clearing away heart heat; Indications: exogenous wind-cold-dampness, aversion to cold and fever, headache and anhidrosis, limb pain, bitter taste and thirst.
This recipe removes Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, and adds Atractylodis Rhizoma, Rhizoma Coptidis, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, and Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, which is named Daqinotopterygii Decoction. Indications: Tongjiuwei Qianghuo Decoction.
