Zilong Temple in Dayi, Zilong Temple

During the Republic of China, Sichuan warlords, Liu Xiang and Liu were all from Dayi. Their outstanding contributions have made Dayi an excellent county in Shu, with three commanders, four teachers and nine brigade commanders in one county ... They come to visit the General Temple every year when they return home, or donate money for training, or cast gold plaques to hang the temple as a sign of respect.

1In July, 926, the Guangzhou National Revolutionary Government appointed Liu Xiang as the commander of the 2nd1Army, the 23rd Army and the 24th Army of Wei Liu. On the 15th day of the first month of the following year, which coincided with Zilong Temple Fair, they gave Zhao Zilong a gold plaque.

Liu Chengxun, a veteran of the Revolution of 1911, was called "Liu Shuixuan". He sent someone to send a gold plaque, which read "long life with respect to your name". Liu Xiang became a military commander at the age of 28, nicknamed "Pecko" and "Liu Mangzi", and the gold plaque given to him was "heroic". Liu, nicknamed "Taoist Duobao", gave a gold plaque "Tiger Town". Liu Chengxun's plaque hung on the head of the statue of Zhao Zilong in the main hall, attracting attention. Liu Xiang had the plaque moved behind the statue and put it on his own plaque. Liu Chengxun was so angry that he threatened to smash Liu Xiang's plaque, but he was persuaded by the chief of staff. Liu's gold plaque couldn't find a suitable place to hang, so he sent someone to his nephew Liu Xiang to ask him to move. Liu Xiang disagreed, so Liu Wenhui cursed Liu Xiang, and the guards advised him to calm down. His tablet hung on the beam in the middle of the main hall, facing the tablet of "heroic spirit", with his back to the door, and Liu Xiang was tit for tat.
