Flexible protection should be taken in life, such as following the wind direction and dust flow direction when it is windy, closing doors and windows in time to isolate dust pollution.
Matters needing attention in cement plant
(1) The workplace should keep the roads clear and the lighting adequate, and littering is strictly prohibited.
(2) Before starting the machine, carefully check the safety status of mechanical and electrical equipment, and start the machine only after it is confirmed to be normal.
(3) When raw meal is homogenized, all operating procedures shall be strictly observed.
(4) When the unloader is blocked, the movable platform should be stabilized to prevent slipping and falling. When opening the inspection door, people should work sideways to prevent the raw materials from spraying out and causing injuries.
(5) The cover plate of reamer shell must be fixed in good condition, and it is forbidden to walk on it; The cover plates of inspection doors and measuring holes in warehouses must be safe and reliable, so that whoever opens them can cover them. It is forbidden to open the cover plate indiscriminately.
(6) When overhauling mechanical and electrical equipment, the power supply must be cut off, warning signs should be hung, and special personnel should be assigned for on-site monitoring.
(7) When raw meal is homogenized, always check the materials in the warehouse. Don't pack the materials in the warehouse too full, and control the material level at 60%~80%.
(8) Strengthen the inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment. In case of oil shortage, oil overflow, overcurrent and vibration, stop the machine in time to ensure safe operation.
