See if there is a permit.
Only public cemeteries can be sold, and private cemeteries are not protected by law. The simplest identification method is to see whether the cemetery has obtained the social public cemetery license approved by the local civil affairs bureau or the license approved by the district/county civil affairs bureau.
Second, see if the area is legal.
According to the relevant regulations of the state on cemeteries, in order to save land, the construction of large tombs is not recommended, and the area of double holes for burying ashes in cemeteries shall not exceed 1 m2.
Third, put an end to cemetery speculation.
The cemetery is forbidden to speculate, so the cemetery is not allowed to transfer the cemetery, and you must bring your ID card when you buy it. The prices of all legal cemeteries have been audited by the price department, and only the deceased relatives of the buyers can use them. There must be a death certificate or cremation certificate at the time of burial, which is consistent with the identity information of the original purchaser, thus eliminating the phenomenon of speculation in buying tombs.
Fourth, see if it is a standard contract.
All purchase contracts are unified format contracts for the sale of social welfare cemeteries supervised by the Municipal (District) Civil Affairs Bureau.
