How to improve the class's academic performance

whether it can form a positive, hardworking, United and harmonious group. Only in a good class group can teachers carry out education and teaching activities to get better results. In terms of cultivating harmonious class groups, this semester I mainly start from the following aspects:

(1) A brief review of class management this semester

(1) Grasping a main line. This main line is the construction of class spirit and style of study. At the beginning of the first grade, the construction of class spirit pays close attention to students' discipline and strengthens their sense of discipline. The construction of study style makes great efforts to correct students' learning attitude, guide students to realize the importance of studying hard and diligently, and at the same time create an atmosphere of class learning competition to overcome students' inertia to the maximum extent. On the one hand, it is mainly to find incentives and play a positive role in motivating students.

Of course, I often use the method of goal motivation to guide students to have a clear stage academic achievement goal, so as to tap students' learning potential.

(2) To cultivate students' sense of class collective honor and build class cohesion as the starting point, carry out students' ideological education and organize class activities.

(3) Grasp the key points of the three stages of the whole semester. In my opinion, the class management of the whole semester or even the whole school year must win at the starting line. This semester is the starting line. I guide students to love school and class, like being a teacher, and focus on students to develop good study discipline and living habits, so that students can quickly devote themselves to the study life of junior high school with a brand-new self. In the mid-term stage, the goal is to test the results of the mid-term exam, and to mobilize before the exam and summarize and reflect after the exam, so that students can understand that the real significance of the due mid-term exam lies not in the number of scores, but in discovering the advantages and disadvantages in their own study over the past half semester, understanding what to do in the second half, and guiding students how to do the final exam well in the final stage. Some students in the class didn't do well in the mid-term exam. These three weeks are in a special stage in the second half of the semester. The joy and pain of the mid-term exam are almost forgotten, but the final exam has not followed closely, and there are many school activities. I explained to the students the importance of these three weeks, which can be said to be an important stage that determines the success or failure of the final exam for students and classes, so we must take the time to study and review. Third, pay attention to the summary and analysis of unit test results, and keep in touch with teachers and parents in time.

(2) my thinking and understanding of the work of the class teacher.

(1) Do a good job in students' ideological work from high to low. The so-called "high" means that the head teacher's work should be high-minded, that is, to train students to become aspiring young people with ideals and pursuits, and to guide students to pursue their own physiological dreams and lofty aspirations and do something for the country and society. High school students are an important period to set up ideals and determine life goals. With ideals and pursuits, students will have inexhaustible motivation to learn, and they will not be afraid of studying hard and will not be tired of learning. I remember that the first topic of my class teacher's speech at the beginning of this semester was to talk with the students about the ideal of life. The students listened carefully, and many students silently nodded and praised some of my views, as if they understood the ideal of life that high school students should have. The so-called "low" is to guide students to face the reality around their ideal goals in life and realize them in a down-to-earth manner. For a junior high school student, this "low" should be to study well in junior high school for three years, do well in every class, do well in every homework and so on.

(2) Grasp the academic performance of class students from the outside to the inside. It is one of the goals of our class teacher to improve the students' grades. In my opinion, it is a good strategy to do a good job in class students' grades. The so-called "outside", first do a good job of external conditions that are conducive to the improvement of class students' grades, such as class spirit, style of study, discipline, hygiene, and so on. The whole class is in a normal and good operation state, and then we can cut into the core of the class, which is how to improve the overall performance of the class to the individual. Obviously, the work of class style, study style, hygiene and discipline has been done well, and the improvement of grades is an inevitable result, which means we should spend our efforts on related external factors that are conducive to the improvement of grades.

(3) Pay attention to the class style and study style from the big picture. Class style and study style are the key to the rise and fall of a class. We can all realize the importance of the construction of class style and study style. Grasping the class spirit and style of study and building an excellent class collective are the major points of our work, but how to build a good class with positive class spirit and strong style of study is worth thinking about. From my work practice, I realized the importance and effectiveness of starting from a small place, which is the detail in class management, that is to say, after our head teacher determines the big goal, we should do the small things in the class one by one and handle the details in class management. There are many details in class management, such as how to clean and implement personnel, the height of books on students' desks, the posting of notices on walls, the cleaning of drinking fountains, and the handing in of students' homework. Some education experts say that Excellence is a habit, and details determine success or failure. Indeed, details are too important in class management.

Teachers who used to be head teachers have this knowledge: there is no class that needs management, and there is no class where students don't make mistakes. What should the class teacher do if the student makes a mistake? Some class teachers, in order to set an example for others, hold on to the wrongdoers and "stimulate" the students with humiliation. As a result, the minds of the students who made mistakes were seriously hurt, and it was difficult to raise their heads in a short time, or even never, which affected their study and development. A philosopher said: "it is in constant failure that human beings make continuous progress." I think: people improve themselves by constantly making mistakes and correcting them, and so do students. Therefore, as a class teacher, we should not take students' mistakes too seriously and think they are unforgivable, but guide students to face them correctly and correct them actively so as not to make similar mistakes again.

There is no fixed method for class management, but certain rules and regulations must be followed. I combine my own class management practice, so that students can live, study and grow up happily in the group.
