Taking the cooling water of the engine as working medium, it is blown into the car room from the same tuyere under the action of the blower to achieve the purposes of heating, ventilation and defrosting. Generally, there are two ways of air intake: one is indoor air circulation, and the other is ventilation circulation in which outdoor fresh air enters the car room. The blower is driven by electricity and influenced by the engine speed. Even if the engine speed is very low, it can still do heating and defrosting.
The water temperature in the water tank is always kept at a high temperature, which will make the hydrocarbon groups in the water combine with calcium and magnesium plasma to form water-insoluble calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, commonly known as water alkali. Then with the continuous evaporation and concentration of water, the content of water and alkali increases continuously, and scales are formed after saturation. Therefore, pure water with high concentration of calcium and magnesium ions will form scale more easily than ordinary tap water, so adding such pure water to the water tank has no effect on inhibiting the formation of scale in the water tank.
The water tank plays the role of heat dissipation under normal working conditions;
However, once scale forms around the water tank, it will greatly affect the heat dissipation of the water tank. Because the thermal conductivity of scale is very low, only 1/25 of cast iron and 1/50 of brass, the scale formed on the waterway of cylinder liner and cylinder head will raise the temperature in some areas due to poor heat dissipation, which will affect the weak parts of the engine and cause cracks and deformation of the cylinder head.
It not only makes the cooling performance of the cooling system worse, but also produces local high temperature area, which worsens the lubrication conditions, increases the engine temperature and accelerates the wear of the engine system. It will also block the radiator pipeline or the cooling system pipeline, which will greatly reduce the heat transfer efficiency, make the engine overheat and directly expose it, and endanger the safety of drivers.
