Zhou Xing Liuhe, Wei She Wan Ling. " Therefore, Zhenwu Emperor belongs to water, so he should be able to control water and reduce fire, and relieve the suffering of fire and water. In the Ming Dynasty, Zhenwu Temple was built to avoid fire and water disasters.
