Yuyao, as a county-level city, is small but neat and beautiful. After seeing Wang Yangming's former residence, I went to Longquan Mountain, and it took me a few minutes by bike.
Longquan Mountain is a famous mountain in Yuyao. Since ancient times, there has been a garden-like landscape on the mountain. The altitude is less than 100 meters, but it is abnormally green. It is densely covered with centuries-old trees and has the tranquility of the virgin forest. This mountain has excellent feng shui. In front of us is the clear Yuyao River, and not far from the west is the Xijiang River, surrounded by mountains and rivers, forming its own scene.
Longquan Mountain is famous for its two scenic spots, Longquan Well and Zhongtian Pavilion.
Longquan well is located at the top of the mountain, and no one can figure out why there are wells on the mountain. According to the literature, this well does not dry up all the year round, even if it is dry and rainy, it is still crystal clear. Reaching into the well water for a visit, two Youlong ripples often appear on the water surface, such as playing with water in Shuanglong, so it is called "Longquan Well".
Because Longquan Well is so famous, this mountain is called Longquan Mountain, which became famous in the Song Dynasty. Su Dongpo likes drinking tea and made a special trip to Yuyao to taste Longquan well water, praising it as "Longquan Shijingsheng". Before Wang Anshi's memorial service, he also came to drink Longquan water, and made a poem praising: "The hillside has been moist for thousands of years, and Haiyan Spring has not withered; The whole world is waiting for rain. I wonder if the dragon is going here. "
There are many historical sites in Longquan Mountain, most of which are unmarked. I searched for a long time at the top of the mountain and finally found this Wang Shijing. There is a stone pavilion in the stone well, and a stone is pressed against the wellhead. After it was removed, it was dark and there was no ripple of Youlong splashing. I wonder what the ancients thought. Longquan inscription is engraved on the side stone wall, and the font is blurred.
Not far from Longquan well, there is an elegant scarlet building complex, which is Zhongtian Pavilion.
Zhongtian Pavilion was founded in the Ming Dynasty, when scholar Qian Dehong gave lectures here. During the Jiajing period, Wang Yangming went home to observe the system and was invited by Qian Dehong to give lectures. With the rise of Wang Yangming's fame, it has become a popular place for students in the south of the Yangtze River. There are more than 300 students attending a class at a time, and students coming and going are crowded with Longquan Mountain.
Wang Yangming was very happy, so he specially formulated the study rules and wrote "Tian Chong Ge Mian Zhu Sheng", which was carved on the stone wall and passed down as a generation of anecdotes.
The original building complex of Zhongtian Pavilion was very large, but it was later destroyed by war and renovated in modern times. According to the layout of the Qing dynasty, the scale was reduced by half. You are not allowed to enter Zhongtian Pavilion, but you can visit it. There are a bunch of desks in it, with a statue of Wang Yangming in the middle. It seems that Mr. Wang is still giving a lecture.
The park is free, and local people often come to have tea and chat. Because the spring water in Longquan well is sweet, it has been a place to drink tea and play chess since ancient times. Then I went to visit and found that there were too many historical sites on the mountain, such as Luwen 'an Temple, which was built by descendants of Lu during Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty.
Lv Wen 'an is a native of Yuyao, Zhejiang. The highest official position, is the Taibao prince and Wenyuange's college students. When the enemy flooded the southeast coast, he played in the imperial court and built a city in the south of the Yangtze River, effectively preventing the enemy from advancing westward and protecting the safety of people on both sides of Yaojiang River.
There are also four stone pavilions on the mountainside, engraved with prominent figures in Yuyao history such as Wang Yangming and Huang Lizhou. Many people are unfamiliar with Huang Lizhou, but when it comes to his other name, it will definitely be an epiphany. He is Huang Zongxi.
Huang Zongxi was a famous thinker and educator in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. He put forward the democratic thought of "the world is the master, the monarch is the guest" and was praised as "the father of China's ideological enlightenment". Coincidentally, he is also from Yuyao, which shows that Yuyao has a strong learning style.
There are many historical sites in Longquan Mountain, which has become a landmark park in Yuyao. Coupled with the bamboo planting environment in Maolin, it has become a good place for self-cultivation and cultivation.
