According to records, Cai only served as Yin in Jian 'an County, Fujian Province, and was later appointed as the judge of Zao, and the Ministry of Housing sent a special envoy for this matter. When he came to the village from Joan, he saw endless springs, inexhaustible ponds, shady trees and beautiful scenery. He regarded this place as a treasure trove of geomantic omen and settled here. Later, Chua thrived on this land and then migrated to all parts of Qiongdao.
Tan Yong Village is an outstanding person, and its generations have created admirable brilliance: in the Qing Dynasty, Tan Yong Village recruited more than 20 scholars 10 and became an official.
