Shenzhen University is located at No.3688 Nanhai Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. 1983 was established with the approval of the State Council. The central government, the Ministry of Education and local governments all attach great importance to the construction of universities in the SAR.
Peking University aided Chinese and foreign languages, Tsinghua University aided electronics and architecture, and China Renmin University aided economics and law. The educational level of the school ranges from bachelor, master to doctor. Shenzhen University is the only comprehensive university in Shenzhen and the largest undergraduate college in Shenzhen.
1995 Shenzhen University passed the first batch of national undergraduate teaching qualification assessment, 1996 was approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee to become a master's degree awarding unit. 1997 implements the college system, and defines the school-running idea of giving priority to undergraduate education and actively developing postgraduate education. In 2000, the school-running goal of changing from simple teaching to teaching and scientific research was established. In 2005, it was approved to become an authorized unit of master of engineering, and two new fields of master of engineering training were added.
As of July 20 17, Shenzhen University has 27 teaching colleges and 90 undergraduate majors. Shenzhen (Houhai, Xili) and Shanwei (Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone) (to be built), with a total campus area of 4 100 mu and Houhai campus area of 1.34 square kilometers; Xili Campus 1.38 square kilometers, officially put into use on February 20 17 [3]?
