How to choose fishing position in spring fishing

First, choose the fishing place according to the season.

We know that fish have "three major trends", namely, warmth, oxygen and food. In these three trends, different seasons have emphasis and primary and secondary. In spring, the earth warms and the temperature rises. As the temperature rises, the water temperature is also rising slowly. At this time, fish mainly tend to warm up. So the location of fishing in spring depends on the water temperature in different places. For example, places with long sunshine hours, places near water inlets, places in grand banks, places with erect plants or sparse aquatic plants in the water, small waters connected with large water surfaces, and coastal areas where the water temperature rises rapidly in spring should be selected. China has a vast territory and a large temperature difference between north and south, so it is impossible to choose these fishing spots in the same season. Spring in the south of the Yangtze River will come early, and spring in the north will come late. I remember 1984, just after the Lantern Festival, I fished carp with my bare hands on the Huangpu River in Shanghai, but I couldn't catch carp in the reservoir shoal in the northeast until after the long summer. In central China, although the temperature began to rise in early spring, the temperature difference between day and night was large, and the lowest temperature still hovered around 0 degrees. At this time, although the fish have started to move in a small range, they will still be in deep water, and the basis for choosing a position is similar to that for fishing in winter. After the sting and vernal equinox, crucian carp and carp rushed to the beach one after another and entered the first good fishing season of the year. Therefore, before mid-spring, when the lowest temperature is around 0 degrees, we should still choose relatively deep waters with long sunshine time. After mid-spring, when the lowest temperature is above 5 degrees, you should choose to fish near the water inlet, grand banks, where there are erect plants or sparse aquatic plants in the water, small waters connected with the big water surface, and coastal areas of downward flow. Of course, other factors should also be taken into account when choosing these fishing spots.

Second, choose fishing spots according to the weather conditions.

According to years of fishing experience, weather changes have a great influence on fishing at any time. Limited by space, I only talk about the influence of spring weather changes on fishing position selection. Other aspects have been introduced in the previous article (please search Baidu for "Ms. Wild Fishing Blog"), and I will write an article to describe the influence of weather changes in different seasons in the future. The change of weather in spring has a great influence on the choice of fishing spots. For example, it has been sunny and warm for several days. Today, the temperature has plummeted, so today's fishing spot should not be located downwind or too close to the water inlet. On the first day of cooling, although shoals should still be chosen, it is best to choose leeward or windward beaches instead of windward beaches. It's best to choose a place with deep water in grand banks as a fishing spot, as I said in my previous article. If you go fishing on the second day after cooling down or in the weather that continues to cool down, you should choose a leeward place where the water is deep. If you are at least 30 meters away from the water inlet near the reservoir, you should choose a water depth of more than 2 meters. On a sunny day with normal temperature, if there is easterly wind or southeast wind for more than two days in a row, you would rather give up the north shore or east coast with long sunshine time and choose the shoal downwind of the west coast or northwest coast as the fishing point. Another example: sunny late spring, 3-4 strong winds, and shallows on the windward shore should be the first choice. Don't be afraid that the wind and waves on the water surface are too big to see the drifting images clearly. The stormy waves and muddy water in the downwind will make the fish very bold and stable. On a muddy and steep shore, the water on the shore will become turbid. At this time, the 3.6-meter pole is too long. As long as the shore water depth is suitable, sometimes it will be at the foot of the shore. Then the weather suddenly cleared up, the temperature suddenly rose and it was calm. In this weather in spring, you can catch fish in the nearshore shoal in the morning and in the morning. At noon and afternoon, fish will float on the water meter far from the shore to keep warm, and there is little activity. It is difficult to catch fish near the shore at this time, and it is difficult to catch fish if there is no good nest bait to lure the fish to the bottom. If the nest bait and bait are good, you can still catch bait at a fishing point far from the shore. Although it is easier to fish in rainy weather in Mao Mao in spring, the temperature is still relatively low, and people will feel cold when they get wet. Moreover, even with rain gear, there will be mud everywhere, which makes people very uncomfortable, so I have never advocated fishing in rainy days. Leisure fishing takes people's own comfort and happiness as the first goal, followed by catching fish. The reason to catch more and bigger fish is to get more excitement and satisfy a sense of accomplishment, not to get more fish, so we can't put the cart before the horse.

Third, the influence of the surrounding environment on the choice of fishing position

The surrounding environment sometimes has a great influence on the choice of fishing position, with both favorable and unfavorable factors. It is not suitable to choose a fishing position close to the highway or the frequently noisy shore, especially when fishing shallows in spring. There are livestock and poultry farms near the water, and domestic wastewater or livestock manure is discharged into the water. There will be fish gathering for food near the appropriate water depth. Sometimes, the fishing point should be chosen close to the water outlet, and sometimes it will be a little farther away. Generally speaking, if the discharge is large, the time is long and the water quality is fat, it will be farther, and the discharge is small and the time is short, it will be closer. Sometimes, there will be big trees with their crowns reaching out to the water or trees falling into the water on the shore. The waters near the canopy or the fallen trees are good fishing spots, and vegetable fields or fields near abandoned waters are often good fishing spots.
