Article 9 General steps.
1. Determine the acceptance baseline: according to the design requirements and site conditions, and the relationship between the roadway centerline and the construction centerline, the arch baseline and the waist line, determine the acceptance baseline and mark it.

Method for determining the acceptance baseline in Article 10.
1. heading face pointed by laser: determined according to the relationship between the waist line in the construction roadway and the center position of the laser point.
2. No laser tunneling faces:
(1) Determine the center line of roadway construction by looking at the line manually, and determine the center line of roadway according to the positional relationship between the center line of construction and the center line of roadway, and mark it properly.

2. Tunneling section quality: whether the eye mark rate of smooth blasting, over-under-excavation size, head-on section flatness, circulating footage and maximum top control distance meet the requirements.
3. Quality of temporary support: whether the quantity, specification, location, condition of rings, quality of back-top connection and head-on empty top distance of temporary support meet the requirements.
4. Roadway support quality: clear width, clear height and mid-waist line, whether the forward and backward inclination of shed roadway meet the requirements, the angle facing the mountain, the position and quantity of supporting wood and pad, the top quality of back side, the depth of column nest, shed distance, torque, the level of supporting beam and the interface of shed beam meet the requirements.
5. Quality of bolting and shotcreting: row spacing, angle, position, exposed length, pre-tightening force, tension between anchors (cables); Whether the pallet mesh pressing quality, metal mesh laying lap, concrete thickness, surface smoothness and foundation depth meet the requirements.
6. Whether the angle, depth and position of the blast hole meet the requirements of the blasting chart.
7. Whether the quality of ditches and tracks meets the requirements.
8. Whether feng shui pipes, cable hanging, sanitation and cleaning, and material stacking meet the requirements.
9. Whether other acceptance items meet the requirements.
13 Precautions
1. When measuring the geometric dimensions of the roadway, the centerline and waistline of the roadway must be vertical.
2. When using the slope gauge (or other instruments) to measure the slope or angle, it is necessary to measure the slope gauge twice in both positive and negative directions and take the average value twice. General requirements: the use of inclinometer and horizontal roadway line should be controlled within 10 meter, and the detection position should be averaged twice from the positive and negative sides of the midpoint of the cable; If the stay is more than 5 meters, the inclinometer method is generally not used to determine the waist line. When the cable length of inclined lane is less than10m, when using inclinometer, two positions must be set for measurement, which are respectively placed at 1/3 of the rope length, and the average value is taken, and then the two points are added and divided by 2. Using inclinometer to extend waist line and measure angle is only applicable to general roadway, and theodolite must be used to measure the extension of main roadway.
3. When measuring the river line of shed roadway, the measuring datum point must be located in the center line of roadway.
4. When testing the pull-out resistance of anchor rod (or anchor cable) on site, the lifting device connected with anchor rod (or anchor cable) must be supported by special personnel, and the personnel should hide in a safe place when lifting; After tensioning, release the pressure first, then the personnel approach, dismantle the tensioning device connected with the anchor rod and re-fasten the anchor rod.
5. Quality inspection must be carried out in a well-supported space, and it is forbidden to work under the empty roof.
6. In order to simplify the work, the horizontal special rubber hose can be used in the construction of parallel middle extension waist line, but it must be used correctly.
