Zhoushan Fishing Port in Zhejiang, one of the "three largest fishing ports in the world", is the largest natural fishing port in China, and it is also called the three largest fishing ports in the world with Bergen Port and callao Port in Peru. Shenjiamen Fishing Port shenjiamen Fishing Port is located in the southeast of Zhoushan Island, facing the East China Sea and backed by Qinglong Mountain and Baihu Mountain, forming a natural sheltered harbor about ten miles long and half a mile wide. During the fishing ban, hundreds of thousands of fishermen from coastal provinces and cities gathered in the harbor, thousands of ships shuttled, masts stood everywhere, and fish mountains and shrimp seas formed a unique island fishing port landscape.
Tasting seafood, enjoying sea view and collecting seafood have become another special tourism project of shenjiamen Fishing Port.
Shipu Fishing Port is one of the four major folk fishing ports in China. It has many unique customs, such as "stepping on the beach on March 3rd" and "offering sacrifices to the sea", among which "offering sacrifices to the sea" is a ceremony for fishermen to seek safety and harvest when they go fishing.
In recent years, the local government has organized primitive and spontaneous folk ceremonies and held the "China Fishing Festival" in mid-September every year. The contents include fisherman's lantern festival, thousand-boat sailing ceremony, fireworks and literary evening, "fisherman's music" tourism, local folk lantern and dance performances, sea worship ceremony, float parade and so on.
The ancient city of Shipu is built on the mountain, facing the sea. As the saying goes, "the city is on the harbor and the mountain is in the city". Controlling the harbor from a height is the main feature of Shipu ancient city, a "coastal defense town".
Zhongjie, which was built in the Ming Dynasty, was once a bustling commercial street with more than 100 shops along the street. There are many old houses in backstreet, which have a history of hundreds of years.
Guandi Temple has a history of more than 600 years, which was built by fishermen to pray for good weather and stop pirates. In the Xizi Pavilion, there is an ancient poem, which says that fishermen admire knowledge and cherish calligraphy. "Dafu Land" is the residence of four officials in the late Qing Dynasty, showing the style of a big family.
China Fishing Village, located on the bank of Shipu Port, is the most distinctive and largest marine cultural leisure city tourist area in China.

The Yushan Islands set off from Shipu, Xiangshan, sailed about 25 nautical miles to the southeast, and then reached the southernmost island of Xiangshan-Yushan Islands, which is also the base point of China's territorial sea line. Yushan Archipelago can be divided into Nanyuan Mountain and Beiyuan Mountain, and Yushan is often referred to as Beiyuan Mountain. The North Yushan Lighthouse is the symbol of Yushan Island. It has the reputation of "the largest lighthouse in the Far East" and has become an international navigation mark.
