1. compressed air system for control instruments: a large number of control instruments are needed to support the operation of thermal power generating units. The actions of these control instruments are controlled by compressed air.
2. Other compressed air systems in the plant: such as purging pipeline. Gas consumption is generally determined according to the scale and purpose of the power station. Compressed air is used to clean pipes or provide air for the compressor of overhaul machines, and sometimes it is also used for pneumatic tools.
3. Water treatment compressed air system: The water treatment system of power plants is generally divided into boiler make-up water treatment system and industrial wastewater treatment system. There are some pneumatic diaphragm valves and pneumatic instruments between these valves and instrument system equipment, and their actions are realized by compressed air. In the wastewater treatment system, a part of compressed air is also used for pneumatic equipment.
4. Compressed air ash removal system: Ash removal system can be divided into negative pressure ash removal system, positive pressure ash removal system, low positive pressure ash removal system and hydraulic ash removal system according to different pressures. In these four ash removal systems, compressed air is needed for ash removal.
