Two ginkgo trees were planted in front of Guangxu's father's grave. What is the special meaning behind them?

In fact, those two ginkgo trees are very lush. You see, eight or nine people are more than enough to hug, more than ten feet tall. The rumor is from the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, but the story behind it is not simple.

1. Empress Dowager Cixi didn't trust Yi Xuan and wouldn't let him rest in peace after her death.

Yi Xuan, the brother-in-law of Cixi and the biological father of Guangxu, died at 1 1 in June, 890. Because the original stone tablet was much higher and too heavy to climb halfway up the mountain, he had to stay at the foot of the mountain. After carving the inscription, he stood in the stone pavilion where Prince Chun was buried with his mother and Wang Yi brothers in Fuxian County.

It is said that King Chun's palace faces east from west, with a round front and rising step by step according to the mountain. Above the steps, there are Stone Pavilion, Crescent River, Stone Arch Bridge, Pleasure Hall and Baoding. According to the system of Qing Dynasty, the palaces and gardens of princes were covered with green and blue glazed tiles, while the pavilions of Alcohol Kings were covered with yellow glazed tiles dedicated to the royal family. From this point of view, it shows the extraordinary identity of the alcohol prince.

Although Yi Xuan is the most obedient minister of Cixi, Cixi is not at ease with him. According to records, during the reign of Yi Xuan, in order to preserve our sanity, we had to be bound by Cixi, so we should be cautious in everything. It's really "with the tiger".

In addition, Yi Xuan's Wine King Garden has such a good terrain, and Cixi is of course "jealous" and dead. After Yi Xuan's death, she ordered the ginkgo tree to be cut down. Although thousands of people in Guangxu disagreed, she said angrily, "Whoever dares to cut down this tree, please cut off my head first!" " Cixi personally took the lead in cutting down the two ginkgo trees and sprinkling lime to make them never regenerate.

2. Ginkgo trees are of great significance.

As I said at the beginning, the ginkgo tree was a thing of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, and it was flourishing, but in fact, it was like a "treasure jade" covered on the grave of Yi Xuan, the prince of alcohol. According to common sense, it is not the "treatment" that ordinary people can have, but only the emperor's mausoleum can have it. What's more, after careful analysis, the white character of Ginkgo biloba is Wang above and Wang below, indicating that Cixi is the "emperor".

It was precisely because the ginkgo tree was cut down that Emperor Guangxu was extremely sad, which triggered a fierce conflict with Cixi, thus affecting the historical trend of Yat Sen and triggering a series of chain reactions such as the Hundred Days Reform and even Eight-Nation Alliance's invasion of China.
