Luoyang is a world famous cultural city named by the United Nations. It is known as the "Ancient Capital of Thirteen Dynasties" and is the only city in the history of China named as the Capital of the Gods. Also known as the "Millennium Imperial City Peony Flower City".
Luoyang is located in the north of Luoshui, which is called "Yang" in the north, hence the name Luoyang, also known as Luoyang, Luoyi, Luo Jing and Luocheng.
