Why do government houses plant longan trees and wampee trees?

In Feng Shui, there are two taboos for planting trees in the courtyard:

1 It is forbidden to plant tall trees, in fact, in order to consider the shading of buildings;

Second, it is forbidden to plant conifers, because conifers are mostly planted in cemeteries;

Planting longan trees and wampee trees is no problem from the perspective of feng shui;

That's a question of meaning. Dragon and yellow represent the prosperity of official career, and gold is of course the first choice for official residence.

Arillus longan is an endangered species, and wild longan is one of the common tree species in monsoon forest, a low mountain in southwest Hainan. With the destruction of forests, many trees are cut down, and most existing plants are regenerated from small trees. The distribution area is shrinking day by day, and the natural resources are obviously reduced.
