There are two main water pipes on the floor heating water separator, and there are two valves on it, one is water inlet and the other is backwater (upper water inlet and lower water outlet). These two valves are used to control the switch, the valve parallel to the pipeline is in the open state, and the valve perpendicular to the pipeline is in the closed state. Closing two valves is equivalent to closing the whole floor heating system. There are also several small valves, which are generally used to adjust the temperature, and also along the pipeline.
Vertical to the pipe is closed. If it is a floor heating water separator with cursor scale, it is a proportional adjustment water separator, and the scale pointer is on at the top and off at the bottom. But it doesn't have to be fully open, and the flow can be balanced according to the heating demand.
The function of floor heating water separator:
1, regulating temperature: floor heating water separator, which mainly plays the role of shunting. When the water flow increases and accelerates repeatedly, the room temperature will rise. Of course, if each valve is half-open, or half-open, the amount of hot water in the pipeline will decrease, and the water circulation will slow down, resulting in a lower indoor temperature. In addition, if the hot water is completely turned off, it will not be repeated, but it does not mean that there is no heating in the room. As long as the geothermal water separator is used properly, the room temperature can be adjusted.
2. District heating: When the geothermal system is planned to be installed, large units will be equipped with return pipe in different areas, and each water pipe will be compared with the corresponding water separator. When there is no one in a certain area for a long time, residents can choose to turn off that water separator to meet the demand of compartment heating.
