"Two mountains, seven waters and a watershed" refers to a major project formulated by the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and Government. Two mountains, namely Taihang Mountain and Luliang Mountain; 7 rivers including Fenhe River, Sanggan River, Hutuo River, Zhanghe River, Qinhe River, Sushui River and Daqing River; A river basin, that is, the Yellow River Basin.
