After several repairs in the Ming, Qing and Republic of China, it is now of considerable scale. Yuanshan Temple is majestic and has extraordinary architecture. It is a group of symmetrical palaces and temples built according to the mountain terrain. The three entrances to the palace lead directly to the main hall along multiple steps. The temple layout is precisely designed, and the sunshade winding paths extend in all directions. There are mountain gates, front halls, middle halls, side halls, halls, There are 99 buildings such as monk rooms and verandahs. Its overall architecture integrates religious buildings, palace buildings, residential buildings, and garden buildings, and has distinctive local architectural characteristics. Its architectural structure is rigorous, with stacked buckets and arches, high-ridged cornices, carved beams and painted buildings, and traditional porcelain tiles, which fully embodies the wisdom and superb construction technology of the Chinese working people. The temple is magnificent; the main entrance is decorated with carved dragons and phoenixes; the two stone lions on both sides of the door are majestic and lively, just like two dedicated guards guarding Yuanshan Temple day and night.
