What should I pay attention to when staying in the wild? What equipment do you need?

Necessary equipment for field activities

/equipment/

Everyone wants to travel light in the wild, but the result of traveling light is likely to be "making the best of everything and hating less". What is really lacking in the wild, the consequences will be unimaginable.

It is essential to carry a comfortable and durable backpack, which will hold your "wild home";

Tents give you shelter from the wind and rain;

With a moisture-proof sleeping mat, you will sleep dry, and the inevitable pebbles on the ground will not keep you awake;

Sleeping bags bring you warmth and comfort.

A nylon rope with a diameter of not less than 8mm can save your life at a critical moment.

The above items can be said to be essential equipment for camping in the wild. Admittedly, this does not include having to camp temporarily because of accidents. What we are talking about now is that when you are camping in the wild, with these things, you will have a relatively luxurious home.

For outdoor activities other than camping, there are several things you must put in your backpack. They are:

Rain gear (rain pants or cloak raincoat is preferred), kettle (preferably unbreakable steel kettle), multi-purpose knife (very useful in the wild, Swiss army knife is preferred), lighter or match (matches are extremely precious in the wild, so you must take good care of them), flashlight (don't forget to bring spare batteries and light bulbs), garbage bag (modern people should at least have environmental awareness) and toilet paper (multi-belt). It will be unexpected to use), medicine cabinet (several common and frequent drugs must be prepared), dry towels, and spare winter clothes (you are most afraid of getting sick when you go out, so take precautions).

If you go to some special areas, you may need to bring a map, compass, alarm, etc. Hats and gloves (at least two pairs) are also necessary to go to cold areas.

In short, when preparing field equipment, we must follow a principle: reduce the load as much as possible, but take everything with us to avoid being in a hurry when using it.
