Bajing Park, located at the intersection of Zhangshui and Gongshui in the north of Ganzhou, is a symbol of the ancient city of Ganzhou. Its name comes from the 18 scenic station in the park.
2. Ganzhou Park
Ganzhou Park is the earliest comprehensive park in Ganzhou with a total area of 2.97 hectares. Originally the Governor's Office of Gannan, it was founded by Emperor Kanazawa in the eighth year of Hongzhi in the Ming Dynasty (1495). In the fourth year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1665), the governor was abolished and the Gannan Road Department was changed. In the 23rd year of Kangxi, Ding Wei built Zuoyuan Garden.
3. Yangmeidu Park
Yangmeidu Park, located on both sides of the bridgehead at the western end of Dumei Bridge in Yang zhanggong district, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is the largest ecological leisure mountain park in the junction of old and new urban areas in Ganzhou, with a total area of 558 mu. Ganzhou municipal government invested100000 yuan for construction. The park has designed a hiking trail, using the original mountains and pine forests to form a viewing corridor, a tea pavilion and a hiking trail. There is a Feng Shui Pagoda on the top of the mountain, called Tian Pagoda. It's dark in the pagoda, so you must bring a flashlight when climbing the pagoda (it gets darker as you go up).
4. Hakka Cultural City
Hakka Cultural City is located in the southeast corner of Ganxian County, including Hakka ancestral hall, Taiji Square, art museum, Hakka Museum, Fengqing Street, Jiuqu Yingen Bridge and other major attractions. These buildings are all newly built according to the Hakka tradition, and there are some cultural displays, which can make tourists understand Hakka culture more comprehensively.
5. Bajingtai in Ganzhou
Eight scenic spots in Ganzhou, the starting point and symbol of the ancient city of Ganzhou, are the best places to see the eight ancient scenic spots in Ganzhou in Song Dynasty. Between cornices and arches, painted beams and columns, and glazed tiles, the magnificent eight realms attract an endless stream of tourists from all directions. Even scholars such as Su Dongpo, Wen Tianxiang and Guo Moruo have visited this place many times, leaving a well-known poem. Surrounded by ancient city walls, ancient city gates, rivers and parks, the clear water is slightly swaying, and pavilions are opposite, fresh and quiet, picturesque.
