There are two important hooligans in Tibetan legends. One is Luoyan tea, which is closely related to the origin of Tibetans. Later, she fell in love with the macaque enlightened by Guanyin Bodhisattva, gave birth to millions of Tibetan men and women, became the first mother of Tibetans, and was presided over and admired by people. The other is the banshee of Luo Cha, who raised people in Tibet and became the mother of the earth that nurtured the growth of Tibetans.

These two kinds of hooligans are ugly demons in image, but they are specious in mind, which is the accident of people's closeness and worship. Therefore, when the painter conceived this "Magic Map of Tibet Town", he was quite ingenious, not only to express the form of witches, but also to cater to people's psychological state.

Through careful design and skillful painting techniques, the author of this Thangka painting in the early Qing Dynasty achieved a high degree of unity and combination of the two and became a wonderful folk art with perfect ideological content and painting techniques.

Before Princess Wencheng came to Tibet, Princess Chizun went to Lhasa first. She wanted to build a temple in Neiwutang (where the government of the autonomous region is now located) to worship eight-year-old figures, but she never succeeded. Buildings built during the day are destroyed by ghosts and gods at night. I heard that Princess Datang was proficient in geographical survey, so I asked Princess Wencheng to measure the beauty of a temple on her behalf.

Princess Wencheng calculated the terrain of Tibet in the snowy area according to the 80 kinds of five-element calculation observation methods in the Central Plains-just like the shape of a Locha witch lying on her back. Wotang Lake in Lhasa is the witch's heart, and Hongshan, Tieshan and Mopan Mountain are the veins of the witch's heart. We should fill Wotang Lake and build a Sakyamuni Buddha temple to stop it. Raoqimu (Xiaozhao Temple) is the palace of the Dragon God, and a statue of Siddhartha Gautama should be enshrined on it to ensure peace in Lhasa and the whole land of Tibet.

So, under the auspices of King Songzan Gambu of Tibet, the Pingwotang Lake was filled with alpine alpaca soil, and the Jokhang Temple was built on it to worship the eight-year-old Buddha statue of Sakyamuni. Princess Wencheng built Jokhang Temple around Qi Mu to worship siddhattha gotama, who was 12 years old.

In addition to building two main temples, Songzan Gambu set out to build four magic town temples in Weizang to curb female magic limbs. In order to change the bad feng shui and improve the eight-character omen, many small temples were built on the banshee. Commonly known as the Twelve Halls of the True Devil, it is said that this is the twelve immobile nails to subdue the female demon.
