Do you have any inner strength? If so, are there any internal skills and mental methods?

There are the most basic

Introductory exercises

1. Posture

(1) Cross-legged sitting posture: divided into double lotus and single lotus disk, free disk. In double lotus, place your left foot on your right thigh, your right foot on your left thigh, and place your hands together in front of your lower abdomen. This sitting method is just for stability and not shaking. It is not easy to do without considerable effort. In single lotus position, the left leg is on top and the right leg is on bottom. The gestures are as before. As shown in the figure, the free lotus position is the way most people are accustomed to sitting.

(2) Hanging leg sitting position: Sit on a chair of suitable height, with your thighs level when you sit down. The calves are vertical, the feet are parallel to the ground, and two fists can be placed between the knees (the fists are facing each other).

2. Requirements for the five senses

(1) Mouth: closed naturally, with the tip of the tongue rolled up 90 degrees and lightly touching the roof of the mouth. If there is a lot of saliva secreted, put your tongue down and swallow slowly. This is called "swallowing saliva".

(2) Eyes: Close your eyes and look inside. When you get to that point, look inside at that part. If your mind is wandering and your thoughts are surging during practice, just open your eyes, stare into space or the tip of your nose, interrupt your train of thought, close your eyes and sit down again. This is called "the sword of wisdom cuts through the tangled threads".

(3) Ears: Use your ears to pay attention to your breathing, keep it calm and natural, and have no rough sounds.

(4) Breathing: Breathing is the key issue in the Qi movement method. In the subsequent practice process, you must pay attention to natural breathing, and do not intentionally breathe deeply or breathe quickly or slowly. During the first, second, and third steps of opening the Ren channel, always pay attention to exhalation, and let it happen naturally when inhaling, so that there will be no harm. Note, do not breathe through your mouth.

3. Instructions for practicing

(1) Environment: To practice this technique, you need to concentrate, so you need a quiet environment. But there is no need to overemphasize this issue, as long as there is no interference from others.

(2) Do not forcefully practice the exercises when you are hungry, full, angry, frightened and other emotional impulses; do not practice during wind, rain, thunder and lightning. Those who have mastered this technique will not follow this example.

(3) The movement of true energy is no better than forced guidance. It will run automatically when it is full, and forced guidance is prone to deviations.

(4) Hallucinations and triggers: When practicing Qigong, due to active Qi and open meridians, various hallucinations and triggers may occur. Please do not panic. Frequently seen symptoms include: large, small, light, severe, cold, hot, itchy, and numb. When the above situation occurs, do not pursue it with curiosity, let alone fear and worry. [/P]

4. Exercises

The first step is to pay attention to the pit of the heart when exhaling

①Method: Prepare the conditions for practice, narrow the field of vision, When the mind is not distracted and the tip of the nose is short, you can close your eyes and look inward at the pit of your heart, listen carefully to your own breathing with your ears, and after about a minute or two it will calm down and there will be no rough sounds. While exhaling, your mind moves toward your heart as you exhale. When inhaling, let it happen naturally without any conscious action. After practicing for a long time, the true energy will gather in the pit of the heart. And this method itself is a good way to eliminate distracting thoughts.

When exhaling, the true energy descends into the Dantian. To achieve this, the true energy must be gathered first. This is why the first step is not to guard the Dantian. If the energy sinks in the Dantian at the beginning, it will be difficult for beginners to master it, and if the effect is not seen for a while, it may be terminated because of this.

② Time: If you want to complete this stage of practice as scheduled, you must make certain arrangements in time. If conditions permit, practice at a fixed time every day. It doesn't matter if there is no fixed time, just practice as soon as possible. It is required to do this three times a day in the morning, noon and evening for 20 minutes each time. After practicing seriously for about 10 days, you can complete the first step.

③Reaction: After practicing for three to five days, the pit of your stomach will feel heavy. After five to ten days, a stream of heat will flow into your pit of your stomach every time you exhale. This is a sign of concentration of true energy.

The second step is to sink the Qi into Dantian

①Method: When you feel your heart becomes hot every time you exhale in the first step, you can follow the breath with your mind and breathe out. Extend the sinking time and slowly push towards the lower abdomen. Don't do it too hastily. Excessive force will cause high fever, which is very uncomfortable.

② Time: Three times a day according to the law, 25 to 30 minutes each time. Qi will sink into the Dantian in about 10 days.

③Reaction: Every time you exhale, a stream of heat is sent into the Dantian, the lower abdomen makes a gurgling sound, intestinal peristalsis increases, and the sagittal energy increases.

The third step, intentionally guard the Dantian

①Method: When you have a clear feeling in the Dantian in the second step, you can stop breathing in the Dantian intentionally or unintentionally. Don't pay too much attention to sending the air downward when exhaling, so as not to overheat and commit the disadvantage of "strengthening fire and eating qi". Breathe naturally, keep your mind only on the Dantian area, and warm it with gentle fire. This is exactly what "less fire and anger" means.

②Time: three times a day, more than 30 minutes each time. The one-step method is to develop strength in the Dantian, which takes a long time. You can feel full and strong in the lower abdomen in about 40 days.

③Reaction: Based on the second step of Qi sinking into the Dantian, the heat in the lower abdomen is obvious. After ten days, Qi mounds form in the lower abdomen. As time and effort increase, the Qi mounds increase and the strength of the lower abdomen increases. When the strength is sufficient, it will move downstream. Sometimes the vagina will itch, the perineum will beat, and the limbs, lower back, etc. will feel warm.

The fourth step, Tongdu

①Method: Keep the Dantian for about 40 days, when the true energy is enriched to a certain extent, that is, it goes up along the spine. When going up, don’t forget to help! The consciousness follows the upward force (don’t forget) and if you stop somewhere, don’t use your consciousness to guide you upward (don’t help). The speed of its upward movement is determined by the strength of the Dantian. If the strength is insufficient, it will stop and continue upwards when the Dantian is full of strength. If you can't pass up to Yuzhen Pass, just look inside and look above your head.

②Time: You can increase the number and time of practice every day (40~60 minutes). Someone can pass through the governor in an instant, and the force of passing through it is very strong and the vibration is great. Some people go by for hours, days, mostly a week or so. The customs clearance process is a normal physiological phenomenon, and everyone can pass it. There are some reasons why a very few people cannot pass it.

③Response: Based on the third step, the Dantian is full, the lower abdomen is full, the perineum is beating, the lower back is warm, the Qi is active in the upper body, and there is a conscious force moving up the spine. Some of the true qi have been sufficiently cultivated, and a stream of heat rushes straight up with great momentum, rushing through the governor channel at once; some move and stand, passing by for several days; some are like mercury pillars, moving up and down with the breath, gradually Upward. The body may be unstable before and after Tongdu, please make timely adjustments. It is normal for the head to feel tight and sometimes dull and uncomfortable. This stage is extremely critical and cannot be relaxed.

Part 5, Xiao Zhou Tiancheng

①Method: After passing through the Jade Pillow and Baihui, go down through the Magpie Bridge (tongue against the roof of the mouth) and enter the Ren Channel. Xiao Zhoutian has already passed it! At this time, inhale the true energy into your mind, and exhale the true energy into your Dantian. From then on, in principle, the Dantian should be guarded, as the Dantian is the part that should be guarded for a long time. If there is an active force in Baihui, you can also guard Baihui and control it flexibly.

②Time: three times a day, 60 minutes or longer each time. ③Reaction: In the early stage of this step, various triggering phenomena may continue, which will disappear in more than ten days.

1. Basic meditation postures (Jiyin)

① Loosen your clothes and sit on a flat and comfortable mattress facing south, so that your testicles are hanging and not touching foreign objects. Cross your legs, with the soles of your feet facing the sky, your heels in front of the perineum point, and your right leg folded on top of your left leg (single lotus). It is required that the "Kunlun point" of the right foot (behind the outer ankle of the foot) presses against the "Sanyinjiao point" of the left foot (three inches above the inner ankle of the foot). Women, on the contrary, use the "Kunlun point" of the left foot to press the "Sanyinjiao point" of the right foot, with the left foot on top and the right foot on the bottom. Try your best to turn your feet upwards, and keep your thighs, calves, and knees flat and not tilted.

Note: "Kunlun point" is the key point of the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang and "Sanyinjiao", which is the key point of the Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyang and the intersection of the three Yin meridians of Foot

Therefore, the "Kunlun point" presses on the "Three Yin points", which is consistent with "Yang points buckling Yin points", "Yang pulse Yin pulse", "Yang and Yin connected"

Principle.

If you are sitting in lotus position, first turn the sole of your left foot upward and place it on your right thigh, then place your right foot in the lotus position on top of your left foot, with the sole of your foot facing upward

, the "Kunlun point" of the right foot still presses the "Sanyinjiao point" of the left foot. Women's left and right feet are opposite.

②Lean forward, bow to the ground forward, then lean back slightly, do this three times (the purpose is to loosen the hip bones and straighten the spine), and then

turn up Sit upright, straighten your back, and lean forward slightly.

③ Loosen the shoulders up and down (twitch the shoulder joint up and down, left and right) to loosen the shoulder bones.

④ Hold the back of the left palm (yang side) with the right palm (yin side), press the "Zhongchong point" on the tip of the middle finger of the right hand against the "Laoguan point" on the palm of the left hand, and press the "Laoguan point" on the palm of the left hand. Fingers (index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger) are put together on the palm of the left hand; the thumb of the right hand is pressed on the "Hegu point" at the tiger's mouth of the left hand (the tiger's mouth of the left hand should be rounded), and then the left hand's thumb should be rounded. Turn your palms outward.

Continue, hold your left hand with your right hand and look outwards, with your palms facing outwards and your hands at shoulder level. Keep the hand shape unchanged and then retract it. Do this three times.

The purpose of stretching is to loosen the wrist joints, elbow joints and shoulder joints of the left and right hands.

After that, the hand shape remains unchanged (the yin side of the right hand holds the yang side of the left hand, and the position of the acupoint remains unchanged), place both hands under the abdomen, and the back of the right hand lightly touches the navel

With the palms of your hands as far as possible Turn outward.

For women, the holding method is opposite. The yin side of the left hand holds the yang side of the right hand, and the acupuncture points are in the same position.

Note: The thumb is the end of the lung meridian of Taiyin in the hand, and the "Hegu point" is the key point of the large intestine meridian of Yangming in the hand. The method of forming seals on the hand is also the "connection of yin and yang"

⑤ Keep the neck loose and straight, push the head slightly upward, lift the ears, retract the lower jaw, and connect with the back (straightening of the Du Channel).

⑥Taking the Magpie Bridge: Rolling the tongue up against the roof of the mouth is called Magpie Bridge (it communicates with the Rendu Meridian, and the tongue cannot distinguish taste).

Sedui: The mouth is slightly closed, not thinking about words; the ears are not hearing and there are no strings to listen to.

Drawing the curtain: The eyes are slightly closed, leaving a trace of light, the gaze is introverted, and the mind does not follow the scenery. Beginners may easily fall asleep if they close their eyes.

Tune the shape: the limbs are still, and the whole body is like a vajra.

Nose: Breathe naturally, finely and continuously, but do not force it, let alone intend to take long breaths.

The sitting (forming seals) method of Jing Gong varies from school to school. The sitting posture introduced above is secretly taught by our sect. It has two basic functions: The first is to activate the collaterals, that is, to unblock the channels of essence and Qi to form a circuit. The second is to start the fire, that is, to start the Qi machine (see the discussion in the "Practice Time" section below for details), so the sitting position should be kept comfortable, with loose bones, loose muscles, and tight meridians.

2. Body Adjustment Method

If you can sit cross-legged in the above postures without moving your whole body, there is no need to adjust your body. If you feel that the sitting posture is not comfortable enough, you can move your body limbs forward, backward, left, right, and down to see if the requirements of the upper posture have been met. Strive to sit comfortably, and then your whole body will be free from worries.

3. The method of adjusting the mind

The key to practicing Jing Gong for the first time is to be extremely still. Before practicing this skill, you should arrange all your worries (daily affairs, etc.) and concentrate on practicing; you should also gradually adapt to the surrounding environment so that the surrounding noise or the sound of unexpected events will not arouse your mind. Irritability; you should try your best to warn family members or companions not to disturb you during practice, and be careful about any occasional shouts, tastes, smells, flashes, etc.

Be prepared, so as not to panic and find it difficult to cope.

4. Fire-drawing (exercise) method

Return to the basic sitting position. At the beginning, gaze at the place where the cow is lying three feet away with the eyes hanging down the curtain, as if there is really a cow sleeping there, just follow it

Breathe in and out together. For a long time, the divine light retracted and stared at the big eyes (Jingming point) at the corners of the eyes. After a slight sensation was felt in the Yintang point between the eyebrows, the Mingtang point behind the Yintang point was immediately like a bright mirror. , shining the big-eyed divine light down along the Du Vein.

Start with the big eyes

Look down → Nose → Renzhong (the recess in the middle of the upper lip, the end of the Governor Vessel) → Cross the Magpie Bridge (tongue) and take a photo down → Twelve-layer Tower (throat) →

Tiantu (in the depression under the Adam's apple) → Xuanji (an inch below the Tiantu) → Tanzhong (on the sternum, between the two nipples) → Dovetail → Zhongwan

→Yinjiao→Enter the Huangting, wait for a moment, and then feel a slight feeling in the lower abdomen. The lower abdomen will be slightly retracted, and at the same time, the patient will inhale once. This process

is the ignition method.

You can only ignite the fire once per practice, and you cannot ignite more. After the fire is over, you will return to the method of inaction, without thoughts, cares and even tranquility.

5. The method of inaction (mind method)

The so-called inaction does not mean doing nothing, but letting things move and change according to their own inherent laws, and letting Qi and blood naturally run along their

tracks, without human interference. Beginners often cannot calm down. There are always things or thoughts of one kind or another that suddenly burst into their hearts, causing worries and self-blame. When I can't calm down and thousands of thoughts are entangled in my heart, I can't help but force myself not to think about it. However, the more I want to think about things, the more I think about them, just like being stuck in the mud, the more I pull out, the more I think about it. The sinking got deeper and deeper, and finally I couldn't extricate myself, so I blamed myself and felt annoyed. This is completely normal. There is a stage to achieve no thoughts and no worries, but there are also methods to follow.

The methods of flow include counting the breaths, keeping the mind in the Dantian, etc. The purpose is to concentrate the mind.

In order for beginners to master the methods of tranquility, we might as well learn from some Buddhist and Taoist practice methods.

The formula says: "If you want to see the orifices, if you don't want to see the wonders", "Save first and forget later".

Note: "Those who have desires are caused by distracting thoughts, which are caused by the six dusts; those who have an aperture, the opening of the orifice, are the source of the six dusts. Those who observe the aperture want people to keep the six roots

That’s right, if one has no desire and remains empty, wonderful things will naturally arise. "If the six roots are impure, the five aggregates are not empty. If you want to be empty, you should first keep them empty and then forget them." By enlarging its dimensions, you can feel at ease anywhere and at any time. "Six roots, six dusts, and five aggregates" are concepts in Buddhism. The six roots refer to the six roots of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind; the six dusts refer to color, sound, fragrance, taste, and touch. , Dharma and six dusts; the five aggregates refer to the five aggregates of color, feeling, action

, consciousness, and thoughts. Buddhists believe that (when practicing) people's desires are caused by the six dusts (external colors, sounds, For example, when the eyes see light (color), they want to distinguish its color; when the ears hear the sound, they want to distinguish its laws; the nose inhales fragrance and the tongue touches. The five flavors all give rise to the feeling of fragrance, the body is touched and thoughts move, and the thoughts come together and the dust of dharma enters, etc. If a person with desires wants to be still, he should keep his eyes open

, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind to prevent the six objects of color, sound, smell, taste, touch, and objects from entering. If the ear root is damaged, the sense of touch cannot be sensed; if one keeps the Dharma (mind) root and cannot think of it, all thoughts will be eradicated. ) is the reason why the five aggregates (form, feeling, formation, consciousness, and thought) are not empty. Emptiness is color, and it can be seen that the same is true for feeling, thinking, and consciousness. , about achieving tranquility, Buddhists have their own set of theoretical methods, so Lu Chunyang said:

"The main purpose of the Diamond Sutra is always to want people to keep the six roots and eliminate the six objects, and the six roots and six objects are not pure. The five aggregates are not empty. Avalokitesvara

The Bodhisattva specializes in pulling out "

Taoists believe that the human body is connected through the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind. There are six ways to obtain knowledge and gain views and understanding of things

So the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind are also called the six consciousnesses. The mind is the leader of the six consciousnesses, and the eyes are the six. The pioneer of consciousness (consciousness is people's thinking activities), so the trick is "If you want to subdue your heart, first capture your eyes." "Yin Fu Jing" says: "The opportunity lies in the eyes.

"The difference from Buddhist theory is that Taoism explains this issue from the perspective of human body science (or medicine), through the alchemists' own experience and clinical experiments." , they discovered that if the color enters through the eyes, the soul (liver) will not be able to keep its mind; if the sound enters the ears, the essence (kidneys) will scatter; if the nose discerns fragrance and smell, the (lung) soul will fly; if the tongue discerns taste, The (heart) spirit will be restless; if the skin of the body's limbs is touched, the (spleen) will be full of thoughts. Therefore, if the eyes are closed, the soul will return to the liver; if the ears are condensed, the essence will return to the kidneys; if the nose and breath are adjusted, the soul will return. Lungs; if you keep your tongue shut, your mind will be clear and your mind will return to your heart; if your limbs are still, your mind will return to your spleen

Among them, closing your eyes is especially important, because the eyes are the front of the six senses and are the main way for humans to obtain information. The second is the limbs

without movement and thoughts. If you keep the six sense organs so that the five senses of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body do not feel external stimulation, the so-called five senses return to their roots.

The essence, spirit, soul, soul, and mind (called the five spirits of the body) each return to their respective places; the five spirits return to their respective places, and the five elements (heart, kidney, liver, lung, spleen) ) are not involved, and the four images (jing, spirit, soul, and soul) are harmonious, the meridians and organs can naturally activate their qi according to their own inherent laws, and the mind can naturally become calm and calm, thus achieving tranquility and concentration. Purpose.

The view of modern science is that the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body (skin) are the external receptors of the human body, and consciousness is the normal thinking activity of the human brain. Take the eye (vision) as an example. When external light signals enter and stimulate the visual cells in the eye, the visual cells produce bioelectrical signals, which are sent by the afferent nerves (also called sensory nerves, which belong to the peripheral Nervous system) transmits bioelectric signals to the central nervous system (including

cranial nerves and spinal cord). After being processed by the central nervous system, a response signal is sent out to the outgoing nerves (also called motor nerves. It belongs to the peripheral nerves

The system transmits electrical signals to various effector organs of the body and responds to the incident light signals. This reaction process is often completed quickly. The five external stimuli of sound, smell, taste and touch will cause "excess" work of the central nervous system. It must analyze and compare these stimuli and make corresponding "methods". Stimulation causes conscious activity and also increases the burden on the central nervous system. When the central nervous system is stimulated and the cranial nerves are active, people will not be able to calm down during the practice. Eyesight, ear condensation, nose breathing, tongue silence, and limbs immobile will make the receptors such as eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body insensitive, and the excitability of sensory cells will be inhibited. When external stimuli such as color, sound, fragrance, taste, and touch act on the receptors, the sensory cells cannot be excited, so few or almost no bioelectric signals reach the central nervous system. During the practice, the central nervous system

The nerves are rarely stimulated and the brain is in a resting state. At this time, it will regulate various parts of the body in a "quiet" state (this is the inherent function of the body).

It can be seen that regarding the methods of causing tranquility and emptiness, both Buddhist and Taoist methods are in line with the principles of modern physiological science.

Their theories are basically correct. , but the names and symbols used by modern science are different. Of course they are not as detailed and specific as modern

scientific descriptions. But in terms of macroscopic conclusions, the Taoist theory mentioned above seems to be one step deeper than modern physiology

because Taoism (or Chinese medicine) believes that the five types of stimuli, including sound, color, smell, taste, and touch, not only affect It affects the cranial nerves (central nervous system), and affects their respective viscera and meridian systems, and there are corresponding clinical treatment methods.

There are two simple and easy-to-learn methods in the Songxi Sect’s secret formulas to deal with the situation of not being able to be pure when practicing Jing Gong.

One is, if you have all the thoughts and thoughts, sit upright and ask yourself silently: "Who are you?" Don't answer,

Don't bother. If you pay attention to him, you will be able to think back quickly, wake up to the wonderful purpose, and eliminate all worries. Just this one sentence, more will not work. It's exactly this: "The Bodhisattva has never left his body, and he will not be in love with his own family. If you can sit quietly and return to the light, you will see your old master during your lifetime." Huya! If you want to know who he is, Lingshan Buddha

heart.

The second method is: according to the order of the five elements of metal, water, wood, fire, and earth, silently recite the names of gods of the five internal organs, and you will pass by with just one thought, and there is no need to linger.

Lung metal → kidney water → liver wood → heart fire → spleen earth → lung metal. This is only one turn. After one turn of thought, hundreds of worries will be eliminated. It can only be three turns at most. If it is more, it will be useless and harmful. Beginners must not use the second method. They must wait until their internal strength is somewhat solid before using it.

6. The method of annealing the fire (resuming the power)

After igniting the fire, you should keep quiet (perform the inaction method). After sitting cross-legged for a long time, and your mind and body are harmonious, you can sit down. At this moment, you should do the annealing (the power of the fire)

) method. The amount of time you need to sit cross-legged depends on your physical strength. Do not force it. If you are not strong enough, forcing yourself will be useless and ineffective. But

Don't be a little annoyed, that is, not thinking about making progress, and just follow it hastily. When you first start practicing, you can usually sit for half an hour

, and gradually you can sit for one hour, two hours... If you can physically support it, feel free to sit down. Sitting on the legs itself can eliminate fatigue and win

Like sleep. When finishing the exercise, first rub the palms of your hands together to heat them, apply them dryly on the face twice, then comb your hair back with your fingers like hooks, and apply the hair corners to the wings. Then rub both ears with both hands for a few times, then use the thumb and index finger to clamp the earlobe and pull it down for a few times; then flick the Fengchi point on the back of the head with the fingers of both hands for a few times, which is called Mingtian drum. Then fall forward to the ground and pray several times (mainly to move the back and hip joint muscles, and there is no superstitious color). Get up with joy and rub the skin all over your body to heat, paying special attention to the important meridians and acupuncture points. Then walk slowly along the ground

for a few laps (called jootang in Buddhism, which mainly moves the sore joints and muscles of the lower limbs). Finally, practice Yingqi Guiyuan or other basic skills. It is most suitable to practice our own Siping hand boxing.

The Shuigong (annealing) method mainly massages various parts of the body. On the one hand, it makes the muscles, joints, tendons, etc. of each part move.

The most important thing is to close the The pores, acupoints and acupuncture points should be opened during practice; otherwise, the pores and acupuncture points will be open and the ventilation will easily lead to diseases such as wind and cold

which will affect the effect of the practice.

Ancient Massage Techniques (for reference)

The massage technique in Tao Hongjing of the Southern Qi Dynasty's "Yang Xing Yan Ming Lu": "Before the Qing Dynasty, peck your teeth with two daggers (times), and hold them with your eyes closed. Solid, rinse your saliva and swallow three times.

The breath will be closed without resting. Finally, the breath will be slowly released, and it will stop for three times. Use two palms to rub the heat, press the eyes three times, and then press the four eyes with your fingers. Bi, make the person's eyesight clear. Use both hands to cover the two ear plates, rub them up and down, and the two daggers will stop, and the person will not be deafened. p>, then draw the left hand from the head to the right and open it two times, and then perform a dagger on both temples. Always use both hands to move upward with a dagger, which makes the blood flow

and the head is not white. Another method is to rub the hands to apply heat to the face, from top to bottom, to dispel evil spirits, and make the face glow.

To apply the heat to the body, from top to bottom, it is called a dry shower, which makes the person win. When wind and cold occur, all diseases will be cured. If you comb your hair at night, you will be able to comb your hair for a thousand combs, and the strong wind will remove your hair and make your hair white.

"

The massage method in Yuanqiu Chuji's "Four Qi Health Preservation Pictures": "Use your hands to rub left, right, up, down, front, and back. If your eyes are angry, your teeth will be frightened, and if you rub your hands, it will be hot.

Mob your eyes, pull out your ears and clasp your waist, shake your hands with both hands, and then lift your feet and spread them out for about seven or eight times, still doing it slowly. Cut it off and go into the top of the mountain, like clouds into the mountains, into the skin, into the flesh, into the abdomen, into the limbs, all the five internal organs are moistened by it, then you will feel a sound in the abdomen, meaning

Concentrate only on thoughts and do not think about external images, then the vitality will reach The sea of ????qi reaches the spring in a moment.

Dan said: "Introducing one to three connections will make people strong, open their eyes, and wise.

All diseases will be gone. They will last for infinite years and will never be forgotten. If you have thousands of connections, you will not be far from immortality." ”

Practice time

According to our predecessors, the practice time of year, month and day is as follows:

①Every day at the turn of Haizi (11 p.m. (around 12:00 p.m.) start sitting up, and the time for each sitting up is not limited, subject to physical strength.

② Every month is on the third, eighth, fifteenth, eighteenth, twenty-third, and third. You should seize the opportunity to practice Qigong on the tenth day (the turn of Haizi)

③You should practice Qigong behind closed doors on the days before and after the second equinox (spring equinox, autumnal equinox) and the second solstice (summer solstice, winter solstice). >

The Songxi School pays great attention to mastering the practice time when practicing internal skills. Its principles mainly come from the "Yin Fu Jing", which means to "steal the opportunity of heaven and man to unite" and believe that "the sky sends murderous intent." , the stars move and change places; the earth sends murderous intentions, dragons and snakes rise from the ground; humans send murderous intentions, heaven and earth turn over and over again; heaven and man unite, and ten thousand things are established. "The "murder intention" here should be understood as the movement and change that occurs. Human beings and all things in nature (including heaven and earth) are an indivisible whole. When changes (movements and changes) occur in nature, it is the so-called "Heaven sends murderous intentions, and the earth sends murderous intentions." This means that human physiology, thoughts, and even human society will change accordingly (in the theory of internal strength, it mainly refers to human physiology).

Carefully observe the movement and changes of all things in nature (including knowledge of astronomy, geography, meteorology, physics, chemistry, etc.), and observe the physiological processes of the human body as

changes with nature (environment) (including physical and psychological), which is the so-called "way of observing the sky". When practicing Qigong, if you seize the opportunity of changes in nature

and the human body's physiology and practice gradually, you can speed up the effect of practicing Qigong. , lay a good foundation, and finally reach the highest state of inner alchemy Kung Fu - the unity of nature and man. It can be seen that it is very important to correctly grasp the practice time.

Taoist medicine. Or traditional Chinese medicine is based on a set of theories such as "qi movement", "meridians", "viscera" and "pulse science", combined with the symbols and concepts of Yi Xue, to study the physiological processes of the human body as the natural world (environment) changes. process of change. They believe that human physiology changes with the changes in nature (such as the movement of the sun, moon and stars, changes in geographical location, jet lag, changes in weather, timbre, etc.), which are mainly reflected in the movement of qi and blood

p>

(Streaming) on ??the rules. The more commonly used methods for calculating Qi and blood flow include: Nazi method, Najia method, Linggui Ba method, Feiteng Ba method, etc. The following

only takes the Nazi method as an example.

The Nazi method mainly describes the strong relationship between the twelve meridians at various times of the day. It believes that "qi and blood begin to flow from the Taiyin Lung meridian of the hand at the Yin hour, to the large intestine meridian of the Yinming hand at the Mao hour, to the stomach meridian of the Foot Yangming at the Chen hour, and to the spleen meridian of the Foot Taiyang at the Ji hour. , it flows at noon hour

The heart meridian of hand Shaoyin flows at noon hour, it flows at the hand taiyang small intestine meridian at noon hour, it flows at the hand taiyang bladder distention meridian at Shen hour, it flows at the foot Shaoyin kidney meridian at unitary hour, it flows at Xu hour

The pericardium meridian of Jueyin of the hand is injected, and the flow is injected into the triple burner meridian of Shaoyang of the hand at Haishi. The flow is injected into the gallbladder meridian of Foot Shaoyang on the next day, and the liver meridian of Zuoyin is injected at Chou.

The flow is injected into the hand again at Yinshi. The Taiyin Lung Meridian starts and starts again, like a ring without any reason.

Note: Depending on the geographical location and due to time differences, the time in different places is different, so Qi and blood flow into the twelve meridians The time cannot be based on the Beijing standard time. It should be based on the hour and the rising and falling of the sun and the moon.

The Rendu channel is the sea of ??yin channel and yang channel respectively. According to the ancient thinking of "human beings follow the earth, earth follows heaven, and heaven follows nature

", the human body is compared to a celestial sphere, and it is believed that "the body has its own pot of heaven." . "In the Neidan sect represented by "Shen Tongqi"

, the top of the stem (head) is the South Pole (celestial sphere), the belly of the Kun (lower abdomen) is the North Sea, and the Rendu channel (the intersection of the heart and kidneys) The road) is the Meridian Circle, connecting the north and the south; the path of the Dragon-Tiger Intersection (liver and lung) is the Maoyou Circle, connecting the east and west; the Chongmai is the polar axis (Tianzhu), connecting the north and the south; the belt vein is one Because Baoluo

(Note: The celestial sphere of the human body is the natural experience of practicing inner alchemy and the track of the movement of essence, not a meaningless analogy and comparison

, these wonderful The experience will be discussed in the following exercises). The movement of the essence of the Rendu Channel (Yu Wu Circle) also changes according to time.

The flow of energy is as follows: "A person's vitality occurs day by day. . At the time of Zi, the resting qi reaches Weilu; at the time of Chou, the lin qi reaches Shentang; at the time of Yin, the tacit qi reaches Xuanshu; at the time of Mao, the strong qi reaches Jiaji; at the time of Chen, the central qi reaches Taodao; at the time of Ji, the dry qi reaches Jade Pillow; at noon, the jealousy energy reaches Nijiu; at the end of the day, the fleeing energy reaches Mingtang; at Shen hour, Bui energy reaches Shanzhong; at You hour, Guanqi energy reaches Zhongwan; at Xu hour, Qi peels off to Shenque; at Hai hour, Kun energy comes out. Return to the sea of ??qi. ”

With this knowledge, let’s look back at the secrets of Songxi Sect’s inner alchemy and see what the seal method (meditating postures) and practice time are like

In line with these scientific principles

① Every day during Haizi, everyone is asleep. From the perspective of the twelve main meridians, the strong Qi and blood are transferring from the triple burner meridian to the gallbladder meridian (Haishi triple burner meridian). >

The gallbladder meridian is most prosperous during the child period). If you are sitting up to do the exercise at this time, since you are in the sitting position, turn the palms of both hands outward as much as possible (and place them lightly under the belly button

. ), the force of the eversion of the two palms greatly affects the eversion of the shoulder, so the "Jianjing" point is opened; the Jianjing point is an important point on the gallbladder meridian of Foot Shaoyang. Once this point is opened, the gallbladder meridian Start to open. Also raise the ear root strength to tighten and open the gallbladder meridian (called the fire of Shaoyang gallbladder meridian), because above the ear root is the end of the triple burner meridian and the beginning of the gallbladder meridian, raise the ear root strength and calm down. When the Qi of the triple burner and the gallbladder meridian meet, the gallbladder meridian gradually becomes strong. Sit up and perform the exercise to open the Shaoyang gallbladder meridian (it can activate the fire of the Shaoyang gallbladder meridian). The secret of Mennei Dan Gong) is to wait quietly until the gallbladder meridian Qi is strong, then the strong Qi and blood will flow smoothly in the gallbladder meridian and there will be no loss. This is the most timely practice.

② When the Ren Du channel becomes blind, at the time of Haizi, the essence moves from Qi Hai (Kun Qi) to Wei Lu (Fu Qi), which is the moment when a yang is first born in the body.

At this time, go up. Sit and do the exercise with your feet crossed, and the Huiyin point, Weilu point, and Changqiang point will naturally open, so that the Kun Qi of the Ren meridian has a path to follow when passing through the sea of ??qi. The Huiyin point is the Rendu meridian. At the intersection of Hai and Yin, once this point is opened, Ren Du begins to open it. , without causing loss. In the sitting position, with the head raised and the body slightly tilted forward, the Du Meridian will naturally be pulled up, and the points of the Du Meridian will open automatically, which will help the Yuanyang Qi to rise.

Only when you understand these tips can your practice be effective.

It can be seen from this that our method of using time-based exercises is precisely based on the flow of Qi and blood, opening the key points in time, and waiting for the arrival of Yuanyang Qi, which is a talisman

It has its own scientific reason in line with the idea of ??"the harmony of nature and man, the foundation of all things".

After practicing this, if you want various fist and palm skills or Yijin Jing, Nine Yang Zhenjing, and Nine Yin Zhenjing, just say so.
