What kind of experience is the rural life in Shenzhen?

I lived in a super-large village in Dalang Street, Longhua for five years. I opened a restaurant in this village. In other words, I have worked and lived here for five years. Basically, I seldom leave this village except going to the market to buy food.

There are villages in the city near here, one next to the other. The most annoying thing is that the names of these villages are very similar, and each name is divided into zone 1, zone 2 and zone 3, such as Sanhe Overseas Chinese New Village, Sanhe Village, Sanhe New Village and Overseas Chinese New Village. So, in my first year here, I never knew the names of these villages. Every time I go to a nearby village to deliver food, I have a special headache.

The building I rented is only 100 meters away from my shop, which is particularly convenient for commuting. The rent of my shop is very expensive, rising by 400 to 500 every year, and renting a single room costs 800, which is the cheapest. Most of the permanent residents in the village are migrant workers and businessmen, all over the world. Many people go out to work during the day, and the village is a bit deserted. At five or six o'clock, you can see crowds of people returning to the village one after another, and the most lively time in the village begins every day.

In recent years, the overall appearance of the village in the city where I live has changed dramatically. In the first few years, the roads in the village were terrible, the public security was not good, and the vehicles and electric cars were parked in a mess. Last year, gas pipelines were laid in the village, and all roads were fully excavated. The noise of the excavator was terrible and tortured the whole village for half a year. Finally, all the roads and corners in the village were paved with asphalt, and several electric vehicle charging areas were built. There are also many buildings in the village that evict all tenants and renovate apartments. After the renovation, the building has taken on a new look inside and outside. Household appliances and daily necessities are provided in the room, and you can move in with a bag, but the house price has doubled, and people with a monthly income of several thousand can't afford it.

There are a dozen security teams in the village. They patrol the village 24 hours a day and are responsible for public security and fire control in the village. Especially when the epidemic prevention and control was the most serious, this team really played a great role in the safety of residents.

For business reasons, we will soon leave this village where we have lived for five years. Even if we can't bear to part, we will leave one day. For this village, I am just a passer-by, leaving my five-year struggle footprint and countless good times here, which is enough.

I have lived in Nanyuan New Village, Zhi Min for 15 years, and watched the changes of surrounding areas and Zhi Min from village to subdistrict office and from village to North Station New Town.

200 1 when I first moved to Nanyuan new village, I felt that the environmental sanitation of the community was similar to that of my hometown and countryside. The road is rotten and muddy, dusty in sunny days, and slippery and muddy in rainy days, making it difficult to walk. Weeds are everywhere, rats are running around, and garbage is everywhere. The only advantage is that there are many vacant rooms, many choices and low rent (40-50 square meters, two rooms, three rooms, 300 yuan). At that time, although I lived in a rented house that was not very good in all aspects, I still felt a little satisfied, much better than living in a dormitory.

With the construction of residential buildings and the increase of factories in Century Spring City, the community is gradually becoming lively. With the construction of Shenzhen North Railway Station and Metro Line 4, Minzhi Village has become Minzhi Street, and the surrounding area has completely changed. With the completion of Meilong Road, Meilong Town, Huilongwan and Shuixie in spring, the environment and public security of Nanyuan New Village/Dongquan New Village have made a qualitative leap, and of course the rent has also increased.

After moving out on 20 17, I will go back and have a look occasionally. I found that with the completion of Hua Ting in Longguang in September next to Hongshan 6979 and Hongshan Station, the environmental safety, transportation, travel, education and shopping of Nanyuan New Village/Dongquan New Village have gone beyond the scope of village in the city, and I feel that many formal communities are not as good as them. Living here, except that the room is a bit crowded and the rent is a bit expensive, I really can't find too many shortcomings.

Now I have been regretting that I didn't buy a house in Nanxian Square or Century Spring City (there was no money at that time, and I didn't have the consciousness of buying a house). Finally, I was forced by housing prices to flee to the corner of Longgang, and lived a miserable life that was not as good as a village in the city [covering my face].

The village in Shenzhen used to be a mess, but now it's much better. It used to be mixed, and public security in all walks of life was very poor. Public security is particularly good now. A new look. It's all right now.

I lived in Baishizhou for ten years, and I'm sorry. The rent is relatively old, the houses are handshake buildings, and people live in dense clusters. However, it is close to the Window of the World and Baishizhou subway station, and the traffic is quite convenient. Not far away are Happy Valley, splendid china, Window of the World, Happy Coast and IKEA. In short, it is very convenient to play or visit. I'm used to it and I like it very much! In addition to earning less money, I can't afford the surrounding houses, but I can also enjoy public facilities and environment, and it is also very close to Mangrove Bay Seaside Park. Baishizhou is really a treasure house! Therefore, there are hundreds of millions of mansions on the west coast of mangroves, millions of overseas Chinese towns and mansions, and tens of millions of mangrove bays around them. The rent here is more than 3000 yuan, and the rent in the residential area outside the customs is also expensive, but it is still in short supply, close to Nanshan Science and Technology Park. With the development of the city, there are fewer and fewer villages in the center of Shenzhen, and Baishizhou has become the last paradise for migrant workers. Moreover, it has been demolished by half, leaving only a small piece of land by the sea, sandwiched between a circle of luxury houses around, and the environment in the village in the city has improved and been much cleaner in the past two years! If there is no accident, I may continue to live here for a few years, because my children are studying in primary and junior high schools here, and it is good to apply for public education.

I lived in a village in Shenzhen for four years from 20 15 to 20 19. The overall feeling is not bad. Compared with the urban area, the rent is indeed much cheaper and not particularly remote. After all, it is a big city like Shenzhen with convenient transportation. This is a good place to calm down in a difficult situation, and I miss that time.
